Sun's Wholesale Club

A friend of mine recommend this store to buy a pork belly with skin on. I thought only members are allowed to shop here but she said a non-member can. Yes, I did went and tried to shop here. The store sells bulk items like Sam's club or Costco but it is more of Restaurant items. I did find a wide vareity of frozen seafood, meat products, vegetables for a price less compared to buying it from HEB, Wallmart, Kroger, or any other International Market in Houston area. I noticed the lighting inside the store is a little bit dimmer, but it is spacious and the store restroom is clean and looks well maintained. The cost for annual membership is $25. One has to pay $3 per shopping as a non-member. I decided not to become a member for now because I don't always come to this location for shopping groceries but I will definitely come back and will highly recommend the store to my friends especially with bigger families

I really don't know how there is such poor service, I don't owe them anything! The cashier is still evaluating you behind your back! Not necessarily I really don't want to see them again. Do their managers really see nothing?

Just like Costco, if you are willing to buy a large quality of a single item you get a pretty awesome deal. For many items though, you don’t have to buy a huge quantity to get if you don’t want (but you get a better price if you do buy more). My wife and I like to get certain frozen seafood items here because you just can’t find them at a better price. For us the only problem is the store is king of far from where we live.

Not an honest business to customers Be careful take pictures of the price when you got items on shelves because the price change in system higher they won’t sell you the price on shelves even of their mistake error. Don’t waste your time to shop here. They won’t take responsibility for their error. Come buy or don’t that’s is! The Business don’t not meed customers even pictures taken to management they won’t do any they said the price change but nobody change I still can take pictures and brought to them to see it….Worse business. Want to talk to higher management they don’t allow you to do so!

My shopping experience became very unpleasant when the store manager behaved rudely. When I asked him to charge a grocery item at the advertised price in the store, he refused. He said he only goes by what his computer says, not what the store sign says. I felt unappreciated and disrespected as a customer because this business tried to do the same thing to me in the past. I believe Chinese businesses need to learn more about respecting American people, especially the Vietnamese Americans in the US.

I don't like the cashier, they so rude to the customers. Customer service great.

I am a customer of sun’s club from five year. I’ve never had a problem with them. One of their employee. She is so rude, unprofessional and she has a bad attitude even don’t know how to talk to customers. I don’t know her name but she is Black.

Updating Review They allow gaiters, but still not face shields; however, that's become common practice now. They do not offer curbside pick up. Overall, there are reasonable prices for their products. The only warning I would mention is that their stock is not consistent. This place is good to try things and then contact the vendors for potential future purchases. However, there's no real way of knowing what will be a staple item.

As of October 1st you have to be a member to make any purchases.... But you go their often that really nothing to complain about. They have tons of stuff and majority of it is in bulk. Most of their customers are retail staff/restaurants staff restocking which is why most of everything is in bulk. They have tons of stuff and you find really good deals. Some other bulk items may be a tad little pricey. If you are a fan of places like Sam's Club, Costco and etc then you will love Sun's Club!

Excellent service. The shipping experience is very pleasant. The people who work here are very nice and they help you if you need something. The prices they offer are moderate.
