Food was great. The waitress was great. I had a burger with Raspberry sauce drizzled on top. Wasn't something I thought of having on a burger before, but it tasted great. All of the tables have information on trains under plexiglass. My son loves trains. Before eating, while eating, and after eating, he spent his time reading the articles and then taking pictures of articles so he could re-read them in the car. We would go back again.

Driving from Milwaukee to Seattle, we ended up in Mitchell (which we would pass on next time). We drove around looking for a place to eat dinner and this was the only restaurant that looked like it had any cars at it. We were seated right away and the staff was super friendly. We had burgers, beer and wine which were good. Place wasn't the cleanest and that's why only 3 stars.

This restaurant came highly recommended. I would have given it 5 stars except that the staff was not only inattentive but did not seem to be enjoying their job. I enjoyed a burger with jalapeños and a raspberry sauce. My wife ordered Rueben stuffed potato skins which were tasty. The decor is unique. The restaurant sits right on the railroad tracks! The food is good just don’t expect satisfactory service.

Delicious fare! We stopped on our way through on a recommendation of local REALTOR® Micah V. Everything was so fresh and so good. The kiddos had the chicken bacon ranch with waffle fries. They both boxed up their second half for a snack later. Hubby had the steak bites with mashed potatoes and the spicy cheeseburger chowder. He also got shrimp skewers. I had the seafood Mac & cheese. It's topped with spicy shrimp skewers and is a huge portion. I only ate half. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and easy location from interstate.

Beautiful building, delicious food, super helpful & friendly staff! We had the Train Wreck Basket, Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, Asian Chicken Wrap & the Seafood Mac and Cheese, everything was absolutely amazing! Great Tunes on the radio too, 90s Alternative & Grunge!

Got the beer battered walleye with baked potato. Fish was good, but could have used some seasoning. I used tartar and Tabasco to help it out. Had the 1919 root beer. Not the best I have ever had, but good. I loved the Playlist while dining: Chili Peppers, Alice in Chains, Radio Head, Live. Service was quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere.

The food was fantastic! Had the rueben potato skins, they were big and delicious. Seafood Mac & cheese was full of crab meat and the shrimp were sweet and buttery, cheese sauce was super creamy. Husband had chicken fried steak, very tender and flavorful. Generous portions! Staff is very attentive. Atmosphere is warm and casual.

Great place. Food &service were excellent. My son and I were passing through Mitchell on our road trip. Parker, our waiter, was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were at our local pub back home. We definitely recommend this great place.
