Cool Crush for The Home Depot
Great. We had a couple of guys come help us get a shower base down from a top shelf and they helped us open it up to make sure it wasn't damaged like the first one we bought. I'd recommend them.

Called about a large truck for rent and they said they had one. Only had a ten foot one when we got there and went ahead and rented it because of the unlimited mileage special they had online. Was charged hundreds of dollars after being sent from U-Haul customer service to Home Depot customer service over and over. Each one saying that the other one would take care of it and credit my bill accordingly. That never happened. Could have paid for movers and and a moving truck and it would have been cheaper and faster. The trips we had to make due to the small size truck costs us over $1,500. Would not recommend using them to anyone unless you have money to waste. We did not. Especially when the cost of moving is already so high and we were dealing with a serious illness at the same time. Home Depot was actually kinder than the U-Haul customer service who was really ugly acting, but the issue was never resolved.

We had a board to be cut that we ordered for pickup and the young man walked us all the way to lumber. When he found out the lumber guy was on break he happily made all the cuts for us. Wonderful customer service! Helped us transform a beat down Ikea dresser into a book shelf. The kids loved checking out the mowers on the way out.

My son has gone into this store twice in the past month. Both times he's been so pleased with the customer service and knowledge staff that we're committed to our whole family using this location now. The fact that the staff knows exactly where to find things makes a HUGE difference! It's clear they actually take the time to properly train their team and it shows! 👍

Home Depot vs Lowes? All boils down to preference. I prefer shopping at Home Depot because of the customer service I get. I'm typically greeted as I walk in by someone who is very egar to lend a hand. On one particular occasion I was especially grateful for the assistance of one particular service personnel. We were already in the middle of conversing about a project I was working on when a pushy customer cut in and cut us off in stride. Usually I would tell the customer to wait their turn, but this time I didn't have to. The service representative professionally told them that they were interrupting and ask them to step back and kindly wait their turn as our conversation was coming to an end. That was much appreciated.

Let me say, this is a great Home Depot. Staff is nice and helpful. And this is of course different for all of you, guys, but this is 3 minutes away from my house and when I do projects and need something, I can just swing by really quick. The only drawback is, when I go there I leave a hundred dollar bill minimum. I know it's not a fault of the store, everything is expensive these days.

ON 28 MAY 2020, WE ORDERED A REFRIGERATOR FROM HOME DEPOT FOR ABOUT $880.00. WE WERE GIVEN A DELIVERY DATE OF JUNE 18TH. ON JUNE 16TH WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THEY WERE CHANGING THE DELIVERY DATE, THIS TIME TO JULY 9TH, APPARENTLY THEY SELL THEM EVEN WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THEM ON HAND. TALKED TO GE ABOUT AVAILABILITY AND GOT NO WHERE. DECIDED WE WOULD WAIT, IT WAS JUST A COUPLE MORE WEEKS. TOADY ON JULY 7TH, WE GET A VOICEMAIL THAT THE DELIVERY DATE WAS BEING CHANGED AGAIN FROM THE 9TH OF JULY UNTIL THE 30TH OF JULY. THAT'S ABOUT 63 DAYS FROM THE DATE WE ORDERED IT. TO SAY THE LEAST WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH HOME DEPOT OR GE AND HAVE CANCELLED OUR ORDER AND WILL BUY ANOTHER BRAND FROM ANOTHER SELLER. FOLLOW UP, 14 JULY. WE BOUGHT AN EQUIVILANT REFRIGERATOR FROM SEARS IN MUSKOGEE FOR ABOUT 100 DOLLARS CHEAPER AND HAD IT DELIVERED IN 3 DAYS.

Does the Corp actually read these? Do they care? Very disappointed. Ordered a dishwasher and the installers showed up without the installation kit. No apology. They claimed someone at the warehouse was responsible for putting in the truck and forgot. So no apology, no accountability. Even though They could have gone to get it And come back..,but they said they had to schedule another service call and I would have to wait another week. I called manager and his hands are tied cuz he has no control over the contractors. They only use one contractor so we had no choice. He did offer to refund the installation cost. Probably to get me off his back. I called a local co To do the installation who charged half the price. Home Depot charged extra for haul- off but the local contractors include in price.

I drove 40 min to Home Depot on a Saturday and Rented a sod cutter. When I got home the sod cutter belt was up in the machine. So I took the sod cutter back to the store. Because it was Now later in the day, I waited till Sunday morning to go back and rent the other sod cutter they had. When I got home that sod cutter didn’t work as well. So I drove it back up to the store. I said “Hey I’m driving 40 minutes four ways , Would you be willing to give me a free equipment rental”. I was told that they’re not responsible if the equipment works or not. I had both pieces of equipment for 5min. Spent the other time on the road. That’s cold-blooded
