First while pulling into Home Depot our Car just died (new battery installed 19 days ago). And another customer came over to help. Just stating this to let you know good people shop here. Thank you kind stranger!
While looking for our wanted items an employee came over to ask if we needed assistance. This is always appreciated at hardware stores as they are so big.
We also discovered their website now includes (or we just discovered) information on the location and quantity of their products. This is the best feature ever!!
Editing to include, we used self-check out and it was nice to see a bottle of disinfectant next to the handheld scanner. Also, employees were nearby to help, if needed.
Thank you Home Depot!

There are a few stores I absolutely LOVE to go to and one is a great hardware store. I haven't been to one in several years now because I am disabled and not able to walk (stand)for any length of time. BUT, I was SO surprised to find out that they provide riding carts now!! So I went to look for some items I needed and they had everything and more! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT for having those carts!!!

Need paint and plumbing supplies. I found everything I needed. Andy in plumbing gave me several good recommendations. Billy G., the greeter, was friendly and asked if I needed any help.

Home Depot my favorite hardware store home improvement store. They have a great selection tools and everything you need for just about anything you need prices are very reasonable and gotta love the summertime plants. Always have something for sale during the holiday seasons lights holiday lights Halloween lights and decorations. Always seem to get what I need and get out without any troubles friendly service self-checkouts for those who like self-checkouts. Parking lots pretty clean stores pretty clean keep up the good work

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was able to make it in and out of the store fairly quickly.
Currently this store closes at 8 pm for additional cleaning and sanitation.
Staff helped with alternatives for the project I was working on so I could save some money and time.

It's about time I write a review for one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world and that's Home Depot Norfolk Virginia on Military Highway. Or anywhere at that! Lowe's is okay but at the end of the day they just can't compete with Home Depot in terms of selection and pricing. I only shop at Lowe's maybe once or twice a year if that and that's for special items that my customers specifically choose or something Home Depot doesn't have or I'm close to it things of that nature.

I have been a customer of Home Depot since its inception, and have always found it to be the best home improvement store. The Store on N. Military Highway in Norfolk, VA may be the best I have ever visited. The Store Representatives were especially helpful when I had an immediate need yesterday for electrical extension cords that I could not find on the shelves. My sincere thanks to them for all their help.
