We just purchased a refrigerator. The staff we dealt with were absolutely awesome. The service was just as great.
Upon delivery we had a minor issue and it was resolved within the hour. Fast courteous service we received from all the staff members.
I highly recommend buying your appliances here. I will be buying mine from now on at this location.
Prices are the best in the city and the service as well.

We recently had a bit of a mix-up with some roof shingles, somehow we had charcoal colored three-tab when it was supposed to be pewter gray... so with roofers on the roof we took the charcoal ones back to the store for an exchange. It took a bit of time to get everything sorted out but we were really happy with the help from everyone! Special thanks to Amy Reid and Troy Massive for searching shingle stacks outside in 39 degree heat! Jim Kelly for going the extra mile(s), literally! Chad Critch the manager for coordinating the attack and the boys who were working the lot loading and unloading my truck, Matt! If I can't buy it here or from HD online then I wait! They never compromise quality and service! 5 stars to all!

This is a great store that offer everything you need from small projects to a big one. And if you look around, there can be a good treasure hunt for great deals. Staffs are helpful. They can give you good advices and help you load things to your car.
You can order online and do in store pick-up.

I have been going there since it first opened and have built a very good customer relationship with many of the employees still working there since the beginning. Anytime I have a concern about anything that might arise, comes in very handy when you are treated as a regular customer vs once in a while.
In any department, if you find something that is identical and cheaper at the competitors store, just ask or say so and they'll make sure you get the best price.
When we had our annual Christmas light show running, Home Depot gave us either wire or any other items that we needed to help us create the show. They really make a difference in the community when it comes time to sponsor activities. Still my favorite place to shop.

tried to return a tool to the rental center. arrived right at 8 on a Saturday night and apparently that's when they close currently even though the automated message on their answering system says they close at 9. Was still able to get into the store but the guy at the rental center refused to return it and walked out of the store and jumped in his car and took off instead. Horrible customer service, try A to Z for rentals and Kent for everything else. probably the worst customer service I've ever received in my life

Forgot one bag with an item at the cash that I paid for, I called them, talk to a manager and they said to bad I shouldn’t of forgot to pick up the bag. Then the manager hung up while I was in mid sentence. I guess he was not interested in my business, at least he should have been empathetic toward my situation, it would have taken some of the sting out of the situation, I guess Kent will fill the void for now.

Store signage for opening incorrect, staff in garden center not helpful. Yard staff were helpful. Not much selection in garden center. Terrible waste of time trying to shop here in Fredericton Home Depot. At 9:00 the Store manager announces garden center won't open until 9:30 when signage says 9:00 weekdays with a dozen people lined up. Poor management! Once in the garden center I asked a clerk how many pots of geraniums were in a tray, her response to me was "I have no idea" and walked away. I will be telling everyone not to bother going to your garden center it sucks. Outside people were pleasant and helpful so I gave it 1 star.
