Seriously, just go to Kent. The prices and service is better. You don't need to worry about a phone maze when you call because they actually answer the phone. Kent is adequately staffed so you don't have to wait 20 minutes at customer service. 70% of the time I make an online order here, they seem to cancel because the picker can't find the product! Today, I tried calling customer service 4 times for curbside pickup. They didn't answer a single call. I had to walk in and ask about my order. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my order. The problems with Home Depot are systemic. Clearly, they are trying to reduce costs for themselves (not the customers) and it is detrimental to the experience. I liked Home Depot for a long time, then moved to New Brunswick and learned that Kent is better in ALMOST every way. Also a plus at Kent, no Virtue Signalling, no politics, just great service and prices. To be fair Home Depot has a better selection of tools and stock window sizes from my experience, but the benefits stop there.

Worked here for few months. A good place to buy almost everything ready for home Improvements. The best area is Garden Center. Different types of BBQs and Patio furniture available here. Staffs are courteous

I purchased a Rubbermaid storage bench for our patio cushions; my wife and I tried to put it together un-successfully however I called Sidney Craig at Home Depot; Within an hour he had a staff member , Stephen Peacock come to our home to examine the purchase; in shot order, they were able to assemble this THANK YOU Sidney and Stephen. My faith in Home Depot has been restored.

Hands down the best home depot I've been to. Help is everywhere and the associates aren't afraid to make sure you are finding what you need. Good prices and lots of stuff.

Was in just before the COVID19 hit. Tried three different employees to find someone to help me find someone and it was almost impossible. Staff playing hide and seek, then couldn’t be bothered. Finally found a guy named Bob who was nice enough to make up for the first three, and he was not only helpful, he made sure someone got me checked out. Why is only one person there interested in actually doing their job? I would go back to him without question, but the rest of the staff is worthless.

Very helpful, friendly staff. It's a maritime thing, no doubt. Great service, an absolutely mammoth store but staff will guide you to whatever it is you may seek. I have always found staff to be quick and efficient with assistance, returns, etc.
