Employees were all very friendly and almost all asked if I needed help while shopping. Most everything was in order and easy to find. This location is in a pretty bad area but I've lived close to this location most of my life so I'm accustomed to the environment.

This review is for a Customer Associate at the Fairfield Al. location by the name of Velma sorry didn't get her last name. But as she was on her way to lunch I stopped her to inquire about some help in blinds and my God..... not only did she stop before going to lunch to assist me with the matter she also gave impeccable customer service to me and my mother. It was totally appreciated.

They need to FIRE everybody at the customer service desk AND whoever manages online orders...They never pick the orders in a timely manner...on multiple occasions i’ve had to just show up after hours of waiting on a notification, because you can’t EVER get anyone to answer the phone...BUT by chance they do answer they’ll hangup up on you when you ask about a order. And don’t call back because they recognize the number and will pick up the phone and hang back up!!!! And it’s not just me, every time I come in here there’s a angry customer at that desk....It’s ridiculous !!!! Hire people that want to work!!!!

I ordered online and after receiving an email that my already assembled grill was ready, I headed to the Home Depot. Carl was working the customer service and it was very kind and located my grill very quickly. The lady working the door helped me load it onto my trailer for the ride home. I would definitely shop at this location again.

Pitiful, the saw in always down. U don't carry 34 degree nails for air nailers. You carry only 1 size 21 degree nails. Pitiful variety. And you only sell the large packs. No- Full Round nails at all. My gun uses. Find me a store of yours and I'll pick them up.
