Trader Joe's

I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with Trader Joe’s in all 10 years of being a loyal customer. We just moved to Biloxi, MS and I drove 1.5 hours to Trader Joe’s for them to turn me away at 3:15 because of a “parade” down the street. I expressed to them that I drove over an hour away with my four year old to get groceries. They did not care and showed no mercy. I literally am in tears because this is the second time I’ve driven over an hour away to them this week. Earlier in the week they were out of almost everything because of the winter storms in Dallas and I was understanding because they can’t help that. They can absolutely let a customer in the store 15 minutes past closing who has driven over 1.5 hours to get groceries. Instead, they were rude and threw their hands up like oh well maybe next time you should call. How was I supposed to know there was a parade in Metairie and on top of that that a major grocery store would shut down in the middle of the afternoon? I’ve seen them turn away at least 10 other customers. I am speechless, and have always had nothing but good experiences with any and all Trader Joe’s except this one. Such a shame. This is not the status quo that Trader Joe’s standards uphold.

This location is a great store with a wonderful staff. The store is always clean and organized. I do wish they opened earlier for us early bird shoppers, nothing crazy just say a 7 or 8 a.m. opening. It would be great if corporate would open a couple more locations throughout the metro area, too. Overall, it's a great store, and I've been shopping at Trader Joe's off and on for years, including while living in other cities.

Nice, clean store with lots of items to choose from. Love the overall aisle layout and prices are really good. The only negative is the parking lot. The spots are tight and it's made difficult because you have to manuever around lots of other cars, people, buggies, etc. One impatient person rushing to a parking spot that isn't even available yet can block everything which is what happened to us while we were trying to straighten up in our spot.

09OCT22 ~ This was my first time at Trader Joe's. I only went there for one of the 'Kringles'. They were out. One employee said that they would have more in a day or two. I asked a second employee who said that they would not have any until early in November... The place was packed so they do attract a lot of customers.

Trader Joe’s is the best. From their smiling and helpful staff to their eclectic varieties of everything from frozen foods to crackers. The frozen pastry bites with feta and caramelized onions are amaze balls. We also get flowers almost every time we go as they have an awesome selection. If you were ever curious, come on in and enjoy yourself.

The store is always aesthetically pleasing, with a variety of National foods. Unfortunately, there was no ginger in the produce section which lacked variety as well. Otherwise, loved how the #Pasadena #salad from #California is called the #PacificSalad here. 😋😋

We love Trader Joe's! They've been doing a great job rearranging the store so the isles have more room and doesn't make you feel crowded. We love to there for our staples, snacks and sweets.

The kindest most helpful employees at any grocery store in the New Orleans area. The food is great, I literally only eat frozen meals from Trader Joe’s everyone else is gross compared to them. So happy they opened up a shop in New Orleans!

Nicest group of employees I’ve ever come across in the entire city of New Orleans. They’ll answer the phone before opening time if you have a question about availability, help you find and understand any product in the store, make recommendations when you ask for one and overall go out of their way to make your shopping experience 100% absolutely worth the trip and wait in line.

Why is everyone so happy to work here? It smells amazing like herbs and flowers as soon as you walk in. I can always grab enough for a whole week's worth of meal planning in under 30 minutes plus some of my favorite wines from the Bordeaux region. It's the best and even if you have to drive for 30 minutes, so worth it.

Not really a fan of the store. I was told it would save money, but I found lower cost items at Fresh Market. The food selection is limited and I still have to go to other stores to purchase food for my family. I ended up only getting one item while I was there and I also found it to be more expensive than what I paid at Fresh Market, Rouses, Costco or Winn Dixie.

Really enjoyed Trader Joe’s. My wife love it there and I was very impressed. Great prices on everything plants, food, wine, desserts, and veggies and fruits. Definitely will return and make it our go to place for groceries!

Trader Joe’s is amazing. I drive 20 minutes (no traffic) from the Westbank every week to shop here for my groceries. People are friendly and the products are delicious. It’s a 4/5 for me, because no matter what cashier bags my groceries, they always bruise my apples. I inspect each apple meticulously to make sure they have no bruises, but then at the cash register, they are dropped on the counter when having their sticker checked, and then they are dropped again into the bag, sometimes with nothing beneath them to cushion their fall. Some fruits need to be handled delicately...I would request that the handler be gentle with my apples, but I don’t want to act like they don’t know what they’re doing, and I expect them to already know to be delicate with apples, bananas, etc. Other than that one thing, Trader Joe’s is the best grocery store ever created. (Please don’t ever be bought out by Amazon)

Can we just take a moment to appreciate Trader Joe’s excellent customer service. From walking into the store to walking out. I mean this store is very welcoming, employees are extremely helpful, and always have fresh produce. I am not a big fan of making grocery shopping in general because the lines are usually long and sometimes I don’t experience good customer service, and only two registers are open for check out, if you know what store I am taking about lol On the other hand, Trader Joe’s employees are there to help you before you even ask, and make my shopping experience so much fun, this store literally deserve all the money I spend there. I truly wish that other grocery stores would take some notes and provide excellent customer service like y’all, I would go grocery shopping everyday. Thank you

I love this store!! I know it's small and at busy times can be almost claustrophobic, but I just think of everyone that bumps into me as extended family. The prices are amazing and their monthly Fearless Flyer points me to everything new and on sale which I enjoy trying. The staff is friendly, informative and extremely helpful.
