Sweet people. I mistakenly entered the wrong entrance and a lovely gentleman guided me to the correct driver's entrance. Unload was smooth and quick! Overnight parking a plus 👍

Do not come here! Do not show up early! They are in no hurry to unload! You would think they would want the product early! Nope. Checked in early and told come back. Checked in next day at 7:30 told come back! DO NOT BRING A LOAD HERE!!!!

They are quick on the loading part my appointment was for 6pm checked in at 5pm loaded by 7:30 pm But And this is a big But Be careful with the weight, they will over load you by a little bit There is OVERNIGHT parking only on the weekdays And for a toilet you get a port a potty 2 star is for loading

Low star count because they don't provide sanitary restrooms for drivers. We are human beings trying to provide sanitary transportation services to the public. Yet we are treated like we have a disease. By not providing adequate and sanitary areas this facility potentially adds to the contamination of products and services. We need flush toilets and hot running water with soap to wash our hands. Simply supplying hand sanitizer at check-in window and porta-potty is far less than adequate.

Got there 9:15am for 1200 appointment ... got in door right away, out by 10:00am with paperwork . Plenty of space to back up. Truck entrance on pioneers blvd and 14th st

Arrived here two hours early on a Saturday afternoon. Followed the signs to check in, filled out the purple form with the destination, truck#, trailer#, Pick-up#, your truck company name, print your name, sign your name, the date and time you arrived. Have it to the clerk, he gave me a door to back into. 1601 address is directly across the street from the prison. Not sure about all loads, but my trailer need be precooled to 28° start/stop. After you back into your assigned dock door, you must disconnect your red airline and chock your tire. From there simply wait.
