Probably the most pleasant experience that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were not pressured on any extended services, they asked, we explained why we weren’t interested and that was it. Process was very efficient in and out of dealership in a couple of hours, that has never happened before. The one thing I was disappointed in was the detailing of the truck. It seemed rushed, Glenn made the comment he thought the retailer was one of the best around. There is something on that back windows that I have spent an hour on last night, I started to make progress. Just overall, it was not much different than just going through a car was. Glenn was great to work with, he is someone that I will recommend to family and friends. Tim in finance was great too.

They know their stuff here. You get what you pay for, and they don't sugar coat it. The parts are genuine, and the service while friendly isn't cheap. There were a few used vehicles for sale in the lot but I didn't ask if they were selling these or if it was someone else. With the time, money, and patience(I don't have these) you could probably build a whole new vehicle from the parts they can get you here.

Called on a Friday night and Dustin was extremely helpful. He helped estimate the labor, scheduled a windshield tech for the morning and transferred me to parts to estimate the costs there. We walked in Saturday morning, confident, knowing already approximately what we were spending. There were no surprises. Lane Thornhill made the extra effort to look for the MVP premier account we are associated with due to whom we lease with, which dropped our parts price almost another $50 dollars. He also took care of a scheduling issue, efficiently, with NO issues. Lane and Mark were kind, efficient and our knowledgeable tech handled our windshield quickly and safely. All said and done the service was completed long before our next pick up in Independence, MO so we had plenty of time for breakfast and to arrive on time. We were EXTREMELY impressed with their professionalism from the lovely young man from England in parts Friday night, to Dustin in service Friday night to Lane Thornhill, Mark and our windshield tech on Saturday. Everyone treated us and our two bully dogs with a ton of respect and kindness. Anytime we are in the area and need service we will be back. As a matter of fact, because of their service and the sheer amount of parts they keep in stock and their convenient 24 hour schedule for the majority of the week, we'd deadhead here for service. We recommend with Zero reservations.

Bought a GMC truck a couple days ago. Was super painless and Glenn was very helpful. The process was pressure free and pretty quick. Love the truck and as long as we have no major unknown problems pop up, would definitely recommend.
