We called the parts department around 730pm on (6-30-22) the person who took our call went beyond and above his duties , thanks to him I was able to get the correct parts and be back on the road …Thank you 🙏

This place is awesome! Everyone there goes above and beyond to help the customer! Always have what I need or if they don't they can get it to me within a couple of days. Jay is and always will be my go to guy at Kenworth of Wichita!!

The employees are very rude and argumentative. You tell them what is going on with your truck and they tell you that you are wrong. Had scheduled an appointment for our truck to be worked on and they didn’t get it to it until the next evening. Had our truck for 2 weeks and it still has the same issue it had when we brought it in. We are suppose to be reimbursed for what they charged us the first time for the truck is suppose to be under warranty, for the truck is only 6 months old. So customer service here has/ was not the greatest at all. If we have to pay for stuff that should be covered under warranty we might as well take our truck somewhere else to be fixed.

Swung by to get a bolt, washer and nut and to do it myself… The parts guy that sold me the bolt, went out in the cold, windy as hell day and help me put it on…I didn’t ask for help but it sure did make it easier for me… when people treat you more as a neighbor then a customer that when they keep my business…thank you for your help

Top notch service! Tom, Mark, Austen, Zach & John have impressed us with their sense of urgency and respect for our time and equipment. Wichita Kenworth Paclease. Needed a quick rental due to a breakdown and John was super easy to work with! Let him know what I needed and he took care of it at lightening speed. Got me on my way Quick. All personnel were super kind and helpful.

Update Received a call from the Sales Manager Galen who actually took the time to listen and understand the issues. He was very understanding and was willing to make everything right. Worked a deal over the phone over a period of about 2 weeks. Put down a $1000 dollar deposit and Worked out a day for me to fly to Kansas to pick up the truck with salesman Kevin Mantz. Truck was supposed to be ready to go! Well it was not Pretty basic things that was agreed upon Cut a couple extra keys which they did unfortunately they didn’t cut them right because they won’t turn Truck was supposed to have max speed setting changed from fleet to highest setting allowed it was not. Had to spend $250 dollars back home to have this changed. Windshield wiper blades not changed they was so hard a lite rain on the way back blade skipped right over like it had ice on the windshield. Unit also has a bad carrier bearing so obviously the inspection process here is lacking. Tuck was still in the used lot not tagged sold or pending Filthy dirty No wash and low low low on fuel none was offered. All things I mentioned was discussed and agreed upon with salesman Kevin Mantz prior to my 2 flights to come get this unit. I just feel like they knew I had a long ride home and they didn’t care So just make sure that you do your homework and a good inspection when buying from this place before you leave with anything.
