Just wanted to report an amazing experience at Wiers Truck Service. The customer service was great! It was a friendly, family atmosphere. Myself and my wife are over the road drivers with over 20 plus years experience and travelled through all 48 continuous states. We've used all of the big service brands like Love's, Pilot, Speedco, TA and Rush. Although we have had good experiences at other establishments, this particular experience tops them all. For one, my wife and I were in the middle of delivering an expedited load when we started experiencing a malfunction with our truck. We took our truck to a Rush Center and we thought they'd fixed the issue but had the same problems shortly after leaving their lot. Our truck wouldn't start after stopping to fill-up for gas and we ended up paying over $350 to have roadside assistance provided by Best One. The tech gave good customer service but our vehicle shut off again shortly after being looked at. We made it to Kentucky but experienced the same trouble and realized we couldn't risk turning our truck off because it might not start again. It just so happened that the owner of my truck company found Wiers and explained to them we were in the middle of an expedited delivery and time is of the essence. We asked do they have someone to look at our vehicle and have us out in under an hour. Upon arriving at Wiers, my wife and I walked in not knowing what to expect but we were greeted with smiles and the associate behind the counter not only asked how they could assist us but they actually made us feel very welcome. As soon as we explained our reason for being there and that we called ahead, they put an eager tech on our vehicle and he asked us again what problems we were experiencing. He found the root of the cause pretty quickly. Not only did he explain, he showed me what he fixed and told me an easy and convenient way that if I ran into the problem again, how to resolve it myself to save on costly repairs. I also mentioned to him that I had two door taillights that were hanging out and asked did he mind checking them. He didn't hesitate or question, he just instantly grabbed his ladder and resealed my lights on my truck. We talked about the vehicle, Kentucky and the shop. When we went to pay the invoice, the Service Tech spoke with the Service Manager. They both talked to us more and gave us their business card. All they ask is to recommend them to other truck drivers and companies that may be looking for service. Also we asked them about repairing our broken generator. Jokingly I asked do they also do body/build work. Then they both followed me to the vehicle and asked if I had damage on the truck. No damage but we do have a sleeper that is too small/snug for both of us and we asked if they knew of someone who could give us more room. That's when the service manager said he had years of experience doing that type of work. That was a blessing to us because we have been searching far and wide to find companies who can fix our generator and build out our sleeper so my wife and I can be more comfortable to allow us to stay on the road longer. I would like to give this company the maximum number of stars for their customer service, the entire staff was very personable. They really listened to us. They took their time to make sure it was done right. They didn't shy away from any additional questions. And they were also willing to give us a mini-tutorial of the work they performed. My wife and I will definitely continue doing business and hopefully have a long-standing working relationship with this shop and we will be recommending to our entire fleet as well as any other OTR driver that we can inform about this experience. If you're looking for a truck shop that you can trust, that's reasonable, personable and reliable then I recommend you choose Wiers Louisville. In my opinion they are the greatest definition of what makes America great.

Brian came out to help my husband in Louisville with a forced regen tonight. He was prompt, courteous and the pricing was very reasonable for an emergency evening service. From first down to back on the road was less than 3 hours and there was probably an hour delay from going down until Wiers received our call. Very impressed and should the need arise we would absolutely use your service again. Thank you!

Very hard to trust. Be very cautious of everything they tell you. Our company moved near their Louisville facility end of last year and we thought we should give them a try. Spent $37k in last 90 days, and today we had to bring our relationship to an end. Poor communication. False communication. Sell you stuff you don't need. 1 truck back 3 times for same issue. Just not professional.

We use Wiers to repair all of our company vehicles and as of yet have not taken it back for the same issue. Very personable and professional services center that I recommend to anyone that asks for a service center to take their vehicle. Keep up the good work.
