This place is a hit or miss. Depends on what employees are working. Either very organized or very unorganized no in between.

Its Good place ,But the parking spot its not too big ,Parking is Difficult if you do not have much experience parking, I recommend anyone who is going for the first time to take their time to do it and if there is someone who works local, go and ask them how is the best way to park, otherwise there are always gaps and the treatment of the staff could be better

I was injured due to a manager goofing around, and they fired me 24hrs after returning back to the company from injury. Also they are known to clock people out after a certain point so they exceed they 10hrs of driving. in my time there I saw managers while training FaceTiming while driving, people were given over 450 packages. I was told Hr was a person that I later on found out was indeed HR. Amazon is a phenomenal company but this location does not represent them well at all the company on the plant goes by TLT. Also I would like to add 90% of the good reviews are apart of their management team who I actually recognize do not let them fool you

Most disorganized workplace I have ever encountered in my life. Good luck trying to reach HR...and, by all means, DO NOT sign any kind of petitions that speak ill of the firm, your butt's outta door.

Many of my 1-day Prime deliveries missed by day or two. Very bad customer experience. They shouldn’t promise if they cannot deliver.

I just see many people complaining about packages being delayed. I can understand how people feel, I would be upset too especially if I think the problem is as simple is “this center is only 1 hour from my house, why hasn’t it been delivered to me yet!?” First this is a delivery station, not a fulfillment center and most packages are delayed because it is a process of actual human beings packing your items at a fulfillment center, drivers driving overnight to deliver them to the delivery station and then people stowing and organizing them for drivers and then drivers picking up yours and about 200 other packages all within a span of a day. A lot of thought and man power goes into getting these packages to people on time. However since the station deals with usually 40,000 packages or more every single day mistakes happen and the mistake could unfortunately happen to your shipment, because humans drive this operation and people make mistakes. So let’s remember that every time we are yelling abuse or swearing incompetence at every issue. It’s okay to be upset but it’s not right to base it off of ignorance about the operation. Be fair to others. Just as you would like people to have patience with you when dealing with a problem at your own job, try to remember that and show them the same courtesy. Be kind to others. Trust me most of them are going to do everything they can to help you.

I live less than 10 minutes from this fulfillment center and have had problems with delivery as a customer ever since I moved and am forced to receive packages from the Langhorne PA fulfillment center. Primarily blitheringly abysmally absurdly late packages, usually delayed well-past online estimates and very much outside of the prime window selected for shipping (i.e. 1-Day shipping, Same-Day shipping, or just simply the regular 2-Day Prime shipping which we all pay a monthly premium for), packages inexplicably re-shipped to another fulfillment center upon arrival at the Langhorne fulfillment center, lost packages, packages delivered to the wrong address, no access reports or unable to find by drivers that are clearly lies--because my building number and address are clearly marked in one foot tall numbers with walk right up to individual door access. I've lived in different places and used different fulfillment centers with not a single issue... often times packages were even delivered early! The Langhorne facility needs at least 6 hours to sort and prep packages before they even leave the center *in the best case scenario.* I was given a delivery estimate today of 17 hours. 17 HOURS. I live 10 minutes away. Unless the driver has 2000 packages and has to return to the fulfillment center 4 times throughout the day I can't see why it should take 17 hours from warehouse arrival to my door. Talking to customer service does zero good. I managed to obtain the super secret bat cave number to the actual amazon logistics driver dispatchers' office closest to me after using shady tactics and advanced f*ckery to acquire it, and when I call, THEY KNOW. They are acutely familiar with all the problems out of the Langhorne fulfillment center. Nothing can be done, which I fully realize. I am only writing this to vent and share my pain with others who are within the range of this fulfillment center.
