Had a 3am appointment time, Showed up early around 8:30pm they have a parking staging area with all the trucks there I thought this is going to be bad… they called to give me a door at 1:30am and was unloaded and paid my lumper fee and had my paperwork back by 4am Good good experience here or maybe I just got Lucky

ZERO STAR.
First they denied of my confirmed appointment. The shipper and broker were insisting on confirmation of appointment made with this site but these people completely denied of my delivery appointment. I had to wait one day before my broker could get another appointment for next day. Again they changed the stated appt time at their own will and convenience. I lost my next trip (and income) because of this.
FUNCTIONALITY:
Most pathetic place for delivery of all the places in my experience. Totally unprofessional people starting from security shack to shipping/receiving dept and lumper jumpers. Bad attitude seems to be their motto. Lumper fees are phenomenally high including some vague charges which cannot be observed, verified or challenged. Long off loading time and paperwork take ages to complete.
CONCLUSION:
Its a place which I would dread visiting again.

If I had read the reviews earlier, I would have never sent my truck here. One of the worst places, I lost a great weekend load because of this place. Appt was at 1am, we got there an hour earlier, they told my driver to wait till they call him. It's been 9 hours now and still counting. No one at the guard shack won't even tell us when we will get a dock...
Now the brokers told me they will unload us at 9pm, which will be 20 hours after our appt time.

The reviews are true. As bad as it seems or even worse. They take long time to u load. The lumper service workers ate animals. They leave your trailer nasty. They damage your load bars. This place got a huge parking lot and they dont even let you stay. 0 respect for drivers.

It wasn’t that bad I checked in like 3 and a half hours early and got a door after 45 minutes. My appointment was at 2 am so they actually only took two and half hours from the time I got unloaded til I got my bills. Not bad and the people were all nice.

Worst place ever. Arrived at 8pm for 11pm. It’s now 6 am and receiving is done til 9pm next day. All same trucks still sitting in staging area meaning they unloaded absolutely nothing last night

Unload scheduled for 2330… arrived @ 1823… called at 2210 to hit dock… unloaded within an hr been waiting for paperwork for almost two hrs! Quick to take the lumper fee but slow office personnel! Don’t recommend coming here if ur on a tight schedule!

Big parking lot for overnight parking with 2 porta potty for drivers. Check in 2 hours before appt time (5am) and they got me a door right away. They started unloading the trailer no more than 5 minutes after I gave them the papers in the office. Empty after less than an hour. Thanks for the quick unloading.

Bullpen for parking before delivery, but not after, for about 15 trucks. Looks like some trucks park on First Ave after delivery. Two porta john's available to drivers.
Pulled in 16 hrs early. Had a 4 am appt. Got a door at 2145, 6 hours early. Rolled out at 2345. Lumper, check only, no cash.
Not bad for a grocery warehouse.

These people are slow and don't care that you have multiple stops been here for 4 1/2 hours and still waiting on bills..lumper service is quick but prepare to wait on the receiver to check in product they aren't in any hurry..place sucks
