I got loaded in 1,5 hours but be aware of dock 22. Earlier another driver mentioned it. You will leave your door right there.

NEVER back in door 22! You will rip your doors off pulling out! Nobody in the office will warn you and there are no warning signs! If they tell you to back in door 22 tell them you will wait for another door! DON'T BACK IN DOOR 22

Broker lied to me saying it was a fcfs shipper. Lady at desk was adamant that everyone has an appointment time. So here I am 3.5 hours later not even assigned a dock. If you arent given an exact appointment time REFUSE THE LOAD

Americold and it’s best , don’t care about your time at all , what i really don’t understand it’s why knowing that the truck is coming at their appt time , why the f... the load it’s not ready, and they are making drivers to wait that long for them to build the pallets and the load ???

Load is on dock ready to load. No one seems to want to come back here and load me. Have no regard for your time. Was here 1 hour before appt. time. Just like every other Americold. Going to load you when it suits them.

Friendly, helpful employees. Loading took 3 hours. My load came from two separate buildings. Dock #32 is a small area to setup, and watch out for forklifts running around (anywhere on the property). Dock #27 is in back, not bad. Once loaded, loader will give you the order slip back and return it to the office to pickup BOL and they will seal the trailer. Must wear safety vest while on their property. No overnight parking on their property.
Doors open, tandems back, back into dock, chock wheels, disconnect the red line and hang the order slip on the clip board on the pole at your assigned dock, wait in truck til finished, and head to office.

Loading and unloaded 6am to 2100 hours. IF YOUR GOING TO BE LATE CALL AN HOUR IN ADVANCE you will be fined $120 for be late and not calling
