They were fairly quick once we started getting unloaded. They were pretty gracious considering we were 2 days late due to troubles on the road.

My delivery appointment was at 11 2 2020 @ 1pm
They got me in early unloaded me less than an hour !!! Really nice place and people that work here!!! Especially the lady in the front office. She was so sweet. Thank you!

I enjoy coming to this Americold facility all employees that I have dealt with are very generous and hard working they try to get you loaded and unloaded as fast as they can, Brenda at the front desk is very nice and when she is busy still acknowledges you tells you good morning and tries to do everything in her power to get you into a door as soon as possible. Definitely my favorite facility to come to usually in and out pretty quick.

I’ve been driving over 6 years OTR. This is the top 5 for slowest places I’ve ever been to. I’m going on 6 hours and they do a pallet every 20-30 minutes. Limited parking, they have signs that warn of no overnight parking. Avoid this place at all costs. Capstone unloads quicker than these idiots.

AS OF 4/27/2022. There is over night parking. The hours of shipping and receiving are 7 AM until 3 PM. I did get there last night and the dirt staging parking lot is big enough to camp overnight, but no open restroom until 7am. The check in lady was very polite and fair. I had a 10:00 AM appointment and she did check me in at 7 AM and I did have a door before 8 AM and was unloaded before 10 AM. Thank you so much for making my pick up a quick and easy transaction.

Absolutely the best place to pick up ! I’ve been here 4 times. Each time a little earlier than my appt. Every time got a door early and was in and out before or right around my appt time. Reception ladies are super friendly. Clean restroom and vending machines.

We love working with this company: they are always loading fast, offering a parking space for trucks to stay overnight, have a nice clean driver lounge and treat drivers with respect. Under current circumstances with the pandemic outbreak, they offer free bottles of hand sanitizer for everybody. A small gesture which means so much for the drivers! Arrived 4pm on Saturday for my appointment, now its 9:30 am on Sunday. Still didn't get a door. Lady inside is rude af. These 5-6 trucks, including mine, waiting since yesterday. I will wait for 1 more hour if nothing new, I will refuse to deliver. I don't care anymore. Enough is enough

Worst place for a pick up. Arrived and checked in at 17:30 for a 18:00 appointment but was parked for 4 hours until finally getting a door at 21:30. It’s 04:30 and I’m still not finished being loaded. Prepare to be here for about 12 hours. 1 star because they have 2 lots where you can park to wait and vending machines inside. SLOW PLACE TO GET LOADED.

The staff are polite and courteous and they provide hassle free parking but unfortunately that's where the compliments end. There is a driver here who was late by 1 hour and he just completed a 34 hr reset while waiting to get worked in. Arrive as early as you can for this one. I have been hours early for both my delivery and pickup these past 24 hours and it hasn't made a difference. I almost always have good experiences at Americolds however this facility seems like it's always playing catch up with it's own schedule. If a driver is not even in a door past the appt time by hours that's a serious problem, the same way it's a serious problem if the driver is late.

Previous negatives are right on. Not going to say anything further negative as I like the staff and they do accommodate with parking, but honestly there's no sense making appointments just to blow them by several hours. This is our livelihood here. Do better, Americold. Management needs to tweak something.

Drivers... fill your tanks and scale empty. Make sure you have that scale ticket when you check in.
Do not expect to be treated like a human being while you are here. Make sure you bring food and drink with you. There are no driver facilities on this god forsaken piece of property. If at all possible boycott this cold storage. In my thirty years of driving I’ve been to almost every cold storage in America. This place is the worst.
I would suggest you arrive at least 5 hours before your appointment. Do not miss your appointment or you will pay. You will sit for a looooonnnngggg time. Even if you do get in at your scheduled appointment time you will be in that door at least 4 hours.
