Checked in at 5:37 AM for a 7:30 AM Appointment but my reefer was at -3, not -5 which is their requirement to get a dock door. They told me if I wasn't -5 by 8 AM I would be worked in that day. Understandable. I waited, waited, waited and waited. It's 6:53 AM the next day. Sitting here with many other trucks who have been sitting overnight due to same temperature issue. The lady at shipping and recieving has no idea when we'll get a door.

Gave this place the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just having a bad day. These people will make the most excuses to load you. Yet if your late be ready to cough up some cash, because they have a late fee. Got here two hours before appointment, reefer was set to -20 trailer was clean. Was not loaded until 10pm. My appointment was for 2pm. Avoid this place, never will my company do pick up from this trash.

Completely disaster! Came @ 4pm for a 5:15pm appointment. The guard asked me to refuel my refer. Upon return, had to wait until 10pm to get a door. 3am and still not even ask for anything. Go inside and an old lady (non disrespectful, mid 80s) told me I was late for my appointment. Urged her to ask the Asian guard about my arrival time and she replied in a mean way she doesn’t care what the guard said. I was late. I will not take another order to this place ever! This place has been added to my “do not go” list!

I checked in 5:19pm. Give a door at 10:45pm. 3:40am and they say the don't have the load ready. The forklift guy told me park in the waiting area and next day I still waiting 1:15pm next day and nothing. This place is B.. S.. DON'T Come to this place the lie and lie

12 hours to load 6 pallets because is was only -5F si it wasn't up to their standards. Drivers.... security had my temp at -5 but office had +4 so they pushed me back at the end of the list. MAKE SURE they have right temp

Very helpful and courtesy staffs on evening shift on 03/04/19. The guard shack and yard jockey are easygoing guys! Very cool logistics warehouse!

When you enter, go to the right side lot, and you'll see the guard shack. Wear your safety vest and follow all the yard rules. The doors are easy to bump. I was loaded within 3 hours of checking in.

To truckers who picking up... make sure your reefer temp is zero when you get here, or else you won't be loaded and considered as late till it reaches to zero degrees.when they put you on late, you'll be charged $105. Good luck with that when it's over 100° outside...I've been waiting about 9 hours after my appointment time, to get loaded... when I got here my rerfer temp was 14° , but they still didn't load me.
