Good customer service! Their store reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with my order.

Bad overall customer service, ordered several parts with my son and the company had no decency to compensate on the behalf of their mistakes. For all future customers please stay away from this shop. I will not be shopping here anymore, they can have this review and they have no choice but to appreciate it. Spineless company.

I haven't received my order yet so this review is not dealing with received product I will do a follow up review when I get ordered item. This review is about customer service and two individuals that made me feel welcomed and willing to speed my money on my $700 plus ordered items. The first person I spoke to was named Natalya. She was very patient and knowledgeable about item that I was interested in ordering. She spent a lot of time explaining to me about the Galil kit and the difference in the kits that they have available. At this time I did not order kit but left conversation better than when I started. the second person I spoke to on a different day was Katelyn. She was also very professional and patient. She did not rush me or direct me to items that I did not need. As a result I placed order with her for the Galil kit plus barrel totaling over $700. This was my first order with this company and I plan to place other orders. My name is Walter and I reside in a not so gun friendly state and it was a pleasure speaking to gun friendly people. BTW I have a YouTube channel named ChokerTV Modified and will be doing a review on my experience with purchase and kit once it is received-Stay tuned!

This place took a week to respond to each of my customer service emails. I never got the return label stuff he said he sent, not that it seems like I would have gotten it before the 30days since receipt of the package. He also just scared me a little because after not receiving any response for a week I had given up, then I get four emails one right after the other, and one says that he's just sent another package. After another week, got a reply that that package is the return label, which again still has never arrived. He also didn't respond to my actual questions, just started doing stuff without confirming with me. Oh yeah and he didn't send me the right front sight for my Sigma. What can I say, this place has good reviews, but my experience was just bad. Might be a one off.

I purchased a new old stock slide. Once it arived I noticed it had been used it was in good condition but I paid 270 for NOS and they gave me a slide for my taurus pt 92 af that was used and put through alot of use. Sent them pictures and tried debating with the scratched are from the manufacturer mill from cutting. I want what I paid for. They offered me to return it but you are not keeping 15% of what you knew wasn't a new old stock and still delivering me what was false advertised. These tried to pull a fast one but you can't bs a bs'r.

Great selection of old rifle parts and surplus rifle parts. Their grading scale is very fair, prices are also competitive, and their shipping is very cheap. I was lucky enough to pick up my order locally and they have a really cool building, hope I can see more of it one day, but keep up the great work and thanks for great customer service!

Awesome website. Great prices and the shipping was relatively fast. They have difficult to find parts, which makes this place unique. Definitely would recommend this place to my friedms who have both AK and AR platforms. I was in search of a replacement retractable stock for my GSG-522. With no luck, until Apex gun parts had one for the new GSG 16 which was compatible with my older GSG 522. overall a great buy. Plus it came with a 🎄 ornament.
