We love this big box store. Great values on many items. Well worth the annual membership fee. Lowest price anywhere for gas and you get credit back for each purchase. Their food court adds to the shopping trip. Many seasonal items to buy.

My previous review must have been a one off. I’ve been back for a rotate and balance and they were prompt and efficient.
————/If you’re here for the tire center be prepared for an extra 30min or so for check in. I got here a few minutes before my appointment (1pm) to allow for check in times. I’m still waiting to be checked in at 1:22pm. The price is not worth standing around to just be checked in. Have no clue How long it’ll take to get my tires installed.

We got told to today, we can't help you you have to call Costco to help you. Then the lady said, we we're lucky she went ahead and returned the item. Lady at customer service yelled at us and told us they didn't sell that product. So we went over and found the exact thing and brought it back up, then more excuses from her and more voice raising. Dave is the best!!!! Ask him for help, he is so helpful!!! If it wasn't for Dave it would be a 0. This Costco seems to have forgotten what customer service is, except Dave!! If the review was only about him it would be 10 stars if possible!! Maybe he could teach others what customer service is. Maybe he would be willing to give management a few classes too. If you want a k mart or Sears customer service experience go to this Costco. Otherwise go to the one on Nevada where you are treated amazingly!

Employees should be required to walk the store before they try to help people find things. We asked an associate where something was and they said they were out of it. Another shopper heard us and told us that what we were asking for was back by the fresh produce. And there it was.

I really like Costco's inventory. I especially like their large selection of organic products. I'm okay with how they have spread out the checkout area and practice social distancing. What I don't like is that masks are required. I have difficulty breathing when I wear one and could probably press this point and not comply. I shop at several other retailers and their signs say masks are suggested. Wish Costco would follow suit.

I've been a Costco super fan for nearly 30 years!!! Before it became a trend! I used to go with my dad for his business years ago. So it's a special place for me in more ways than one!
Not to mention that they have great deals, great quality, and excellent customer service!! I would definitely recommend checking Costco before a buy, first. The only thing is, sometimes they stop carrying items that you end up really liking. But I imagine production/supply can't keep up!

Costco was amazing! We always do large grocery trips here. They have major sales, that are spaced through out the year, on almost everything we use on a daily basis so we stack up on them. The employees are always kind and helpful. Parking during weekends or sales can get really crowded though. They have a gas station and you do have to have a membership here.

The question always seems to be, "Which is better Costco or Sam's Club?" My answer is in the stars. 🙂 Costco is great, but it doesn't have everything we need, and Sam's is great too, but they don't have everything we need either. Also, gas prices here in the Springs are about the same between the two. So I give them both four stars.

Rude, inconsiderate employees. Sitting in the check out in a mobility cart. Let me just say...I do NOT ride one of these for fun! Anyhow... I'm in line with 2 items and the cart must be driven through the cart side of the lane, not the cashier side where my husband has already paid for our two items. The person assisting the cashier completely blocked my ability to exit. Then another employee pulls up and dumps a load of boxes directly in front of me as if I don't exist! Really???!!! At this point the cashier was annoyed because I was blocking the customer behind me. Again...REALLY???!!! I never really expect great customer service anywhere any more. I do, however, expect a slight amount of human decency! Costco, your people are a FAIL of epic proportion!

We are very pleased with Costco, because of the quality of products, the produce, the water packs,(we get plenty of water), the food court, (where can you get an all beef hotdog and a drink for a $1.50). The return service is quick and easy. The meat we have bought from Costco has been excellent! The checkout lanes have been pretty quick even during busy times. I definitely recommend a membership at Costco!
