Costco Wholesale

I came in as I had to return something. Taylor at the refund desk provided excellent service, she processed the refund but also recommended an alternative product that has worked better than the one I had bought. Thank you Taylor for taking the time to listen as I explained why I was returning the item. Updating June 2022, I still feel the best customer service I receive is at this Costco. They are always willing to take the time to listen. Today I got help from Clyde at the cell phone kiosk, he was knowledgeable, helpful gave good recommendations. I know next time I need a new cell phone I will start by going back to the kiosk at this Costco. Thank you for great service.

Costco always has excellent service, but a young man with above and beyond the other day. He was checking the receipt as we were leaving and caught that one item was accidentally rung up twice. We immediately received a refund and I appreciated the attention he gave to our purchase.

I only go to Costco for the pharmacy. My prescription is the cheapest there. There is a short-haired Spanish lady that works behind the counter at the pharmacy named Lupe. She is as nice and helpful of a person as I have ever met. Always a big smile on her face that can change anyone's day. I sure hope Costco realizes what they have with her as an employee. I seen an employee of the month parking spot that's always empty. I sure would like to see her parking there. she is so great that she deserves valet parking to her employee of the month spot. If you don't believe me go see for yourself

For some reason, the line to check out was single file for the length of the store!

What can I say? Costco is my favorite store to shop for anything they carry. I would say 99.9% of the store is stocked with reputable quality items. The customer service is what really sets them apart from the other wholesale clubs. This is an extreme case and I don’t condone it. There was a lady who decided to bring her completely bare Christmas tree in for a refund at the end of January. And yes Costco honored their no questions ask return policy (with exception of electronics) and gave her the refund. It’s something I would never do because this would ultimately affect the rest of us who don’t abuse this lenient policy. However, it demonstrates the importance of how much Costco is willing to go the extra mile to maintain customer loyalty. If you are considering a membership with Costco, go ahead and try it out. You will be very happy you did. Cheers!!!

Busy as usual but taking reasonable CDC precautions. They try to facilitate checking out. Helpful staff.

I love Costco. I've been an exec member for years and spend a lot of money here. They are efficient and offer immense value to their customers. However, their return process needs a lot of improvement. I'm not talking about their return policy, I'm talking about the wait times. There needs to be a lot of improvement with how quickly they can move customers through.

I have been a member here since this Costco opened. I have always had a wonderful experience every time that I have shopped here. The staff is really friendly, and the warehouse has everything that you could possibly want, with very fair prices, and an excellent assortment of items. The worst thing about shopping here, is that you may come with the thought that you will run in and only pick up a couple of items, and then you will be on your way, but the reality is that you will never leave with just a few items, more than likely you will leave with a whole cart full of things, and you probably will have taste tested several of the food items that you have bought. And you will have loved every minute of shopping here as well. Obviously, I can’t say anything bad about shopping here, you should really give it a try. You will love everyone who works here, they are all so nice, and you will love how clean the warehouse is, and the bathrooms are really clean too, and you will definitely love their selection of items to occasionally try, and then to buy, and you will be surprised of the fact that you most likely will still have money left over, because you really do get great things for a great price!

I appreciate the mask requirement and the social distancing measures very much. If you go with a specific item in mind, they may not have stock on a particular day. But as long as you shop by category (ex. I want fruit instead of I want organic mangoes), you will likely get everything you need.

Visit went well even considering we never located can pees and can beans. Good to see that most people were wearing masks Did not see an efforthet to sanitize the shopping carts like some other retail business are doing. We have a 65 mile drive (each way) to shop at Costco. We are also members of SAM'S club which is 12 miles away. Prefer Costco for quality merchandise and usually full stock.
