My wife has an account at this Costco. We spent $400 on an portable AC unit that stopped working after 15 minutes of operation. We went to return it today. I asked 2 young men to help unload it as I am disabled and cannot lift it. Both men acknowledged me but my wife had to unload it herself. This maybe the last time we use our Costco account.

Clean store. We'll stocked. Helpful staff. The meat department always has the best prices in town and the meat is of excellent quality. And if you buy any kind alcohol this is the place to get it. The Kirkland brand of vodka is just as good as any of the big name brands.

Updating from 3 stars to 5. Went on 11/20/2020 at 10 am as they opened and already the store was packed, line for checkout were all the way back to butcher shop. The very pleasant employees were moving at warp speed, we checked out in record time. The return line was equally busy and those employees were amazing!
Old review: What happened to the dark roast coffee bean selection?! One of the main reason we shop there but dissaponted lately.

My membership started in Brandon FL. I moved to Ankeny and realized this Costco is not stocked. I have to drive over 30 min to find they do not have what I need. I also called to order cake and was informed there is no bakery and no I can’t order a cake. This Costco sucks! I will not be renewing my membership!

What can you say, its Costco. Wonderful rotisserie chicken, great deals and tasty items at the food court. This particular one has great deals on tires, a pharmacy, an optical department, hearing aids, photo area and carries jewelry. Also will highly recommend their bakery - we have purchased many cakes there and they are fantastic.

Costco has the best return policy, I bought a mixer 2 years ago, recently it no longer works. Ask customer service if they have any options for fixing. They told me to bring it back in and they will refund it. How awesome is that. Love it. I'm going tuo but all my small appliances at Costco.

I mean what can you say that people don’t already know about Costco. This was my first time and I was excited by the quality of the products that they keep in stock. We were able to find some amazing new items for our house and stock up on some stuff we needed as well. Staff was super helpful.

Renewed my membership after 5 or so years living in various towns without Costco.
The staff does a great job keeping the aisles clear and stocked. I found the associates friendly and helpful.
This place is a madhouse on weekends. If you can shop during the week, you might avoid some of the crowds.
Selection is decent. All the produce looked fresh and the bakery and deli items have a nice array to choose from.
One of the nicer Costco locations I have visited!

Always a great variety of things the seasonal sections. Can always find things to buy that I don't need. The employees are always friendly. Check out lines move very quick considering the amount of items that people have in their carts. The card readers there are by far the fastest I have ever seen.
