Worst service ever. They quote you two weeks till they can look at your truck, then proceed to give you the run around for three and Nobody in service answers the phone. How are they even still branded by Peterbilt???

My husbands 18 wheeler blowed a fuel line.We were at the truck stop down the road from here.My husband walked there and they didn't have the line but they took him to a place to get one made there and brought him back to his truck just want to thank them for a job well done.We recommend them to anyone Especially out of town truckers.

Avoid this place at all costs. Waited 30 minutes in the morning for the lady to get to the service department only for her to tell me that she can't get to my truck for 3 days not even a diagnosis. So much for the rapid diagnostic tests from Peterbilt. The service manager told me she'll be right in 30 minutes later she shows up and tells me she can't get to my truck for 3 days. Why couldn't the service manager tell me that? Total incompetence

Engine derrated. Called in last night and was told they’ll be able to take it in next day afternoon. 45 minutes before closing for the day I was told that maybe tomorrow around noon they get to it. They have big sign by the service desk that says “ diagnostics within 2hrs of truck’s arrival “. That didn’t happen. The fact that I have loaded trailer with refrigerated goods means nothing. Whole bunch of people walking around and not even one person to hook up the computer and read them codes to at least have some idea of what needs to be fixed. Wish I towed that truck somewhere else 😢
