My experience here sucked. You don't get called back, or emailed in an even remote timely manner. They throw parts at problems instead of properly diagnose your issues. I spent thousands on an ECC issue only to have the problem persist after a week back on the road. Owner operators beware. Your time is valuable and the truck could be there for two weeks for a simple issue like mine.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen from a truck dealer ever. They seem to think that how slow can you possibly be is a challenge to say"hold my cerveza and stand back vato. Utterly horrible service no burrito for you esse!

I will have an Update on My Experience after I get My 2020 Freightliner M2 Huron w/4500 Miles on it, back in My Possession so I can get back to Work! I know the Techs that work here & they All are Knowledgable, Good Guys!

Stopped in last Wednesday for some repairs and preventative maintenance and got out of there for a lot less than I thought it was gonna be. I have found working with this dealership that if you bring concerns to their attention they are more than willing to work with you and make you a happy customer. The staff especially Lori, Justin and Marcus at the South Dallas location has shown me they are willing to earn my business and as a small business owner that means the world to me. I will be back and you should too!
