After our weekend grocery shopping at this store, my wife and I have decided to shop elsewhere. With the store predominately catering to online shoppers, the congestion in the isles created by the very large carts and numerous employee shoppers has become problematic. Navigating in the produce department with 8-10 carts is nearly impossible. Not to mention the lack of professional pride being exhibited by all employees not wearing any type of uniform other than a name badge. Used to be, store employees were easily identifiable by their long sleeve white shirts and black ties with appropriate aprons and a smile. Today's store employee treats the customer like they're doing us a favor by allowing us to shop in THEIR store. Saving a few dollars a month while buying $1,000± groceries and gas is not worth the headache you'll find in this store.

So disappointed in this big corporation who is clearly thriving during this time. Always get groceries here but will be going elsewhere now.
The one time I get clothes, dressing room is closed due to this pandemic. There 14day return policy had no grace period. The clothes do not fit. I would have loved for the money to go toward my increasing food bill. Talked to 2 managers politely asking for return and store credit. No one helped. It’s unfortunate how we are all in this together but no grace is given to loyal customers.

Went to the butcher for ribeye steak, needed to have them cut. Quick at the counter but not only did they put the wrong sticker on (60.00 for 2.5lb) I asked the butcher to cut me 3 steaks out of the cut. I have pictures of the cut and if they post you can make up your own mind if I’m just a complaining customer or if the butcher needs to find a new profession.

We call this “the Fancy Frys.” The other locations have really gone downhill, mostly with product selection, but also store condition, but this one looks kinda like a Whole Foods. I really appreciate the natural and vegetarian options here, but produce quality could be better. I tend to pass because veggies are often limp and overpriced. I hope they’re successful with the fancy cheese bar, wine bar, salad area, etc, because this is what all the stores should be going for.

Our shopping experience here is always great. The only thing that makes it better is when Michael the cheese cutter is there. He's a special person. Frys is lucky to have a person like him on the staff. He always remembers us and my son. After the quarantine we don't get out as much and we haven't seen Michael for a while. He was so happy to see us and even had a gift he was saving for my son. He is my son's best cheese friend! Thanks Michael!
