This shop does not deserve any business! I took the truck to them to check apu unit blowing hit air . I got estimate of $2400.00. When i asked to break down the prices they carge me 2 hours at $ 155.00 to replace clamp on collant hose that cost less than a 1 dollar. Expantion valve needed to be replaced , 6 hours to flush the system, wiring harness to be replaces because harness had broken tab but we neever had issue with that, they dont recover frion from the system and adding new one , according to them two o-rings on compressor side were leaking and two hours was charged to check frion level where they had clear glass sight on driier itself to visually check if system had frion or not and that takes few seconds . After refusing repair for gauging prices i took the truck to different shop. None of the mentioned issues were correct . Apu needed new thermostat. After replacing everything works the way it should . This is the second time time that i m refusing repair at this location! Prior to that reefer was diagnosed that it neeed whole new computer beacause motherboard was fried . I took it to Ocala Thermoking and it was just a fuse that needed replacement. What a shame that we can not trust local shop and have to drive 100 miles away to get honest work or estimate done instead of being greedy! I don’t usually write reviews but this shop definitely deserve one !!!! They will never see any of my equipment even if i have to drive 500 miles to get the repair done somewhere else . You should be ashamed of estimates and work that you are providing !!!!

I have been going here since I purchased my truck with a TriPac Evolution APU for repairs and maintenance. They have always been able to get my system back to work quickly while I wait, Thank you to everyone especially Jose whom I request when he is available. Great customer service.

I don’t often take the time to write a review. I had my truck serviced by Brandon yesterday. I’ve been to 3 ThermoKing dealers attempting to fix the same problem. Brandon had the patience to actually find the issue even while dealing with Covid 19 precautions. I’m very thankful as now my AC is blowing ice cold and it’s a 95 degree FL scorcher.

Amy and Daniel provided EXCELLENT customer service! I recommend ALL truck drivers to bring their truck here!

walked into service office and was getting worked on 5 mins later couldn't ask for faster service and didn't try to sell me everything under the sun just recommend a few things but will work as is for awhile I like that. didn't pressure me into feeling like omg if don't do this now everything will fall apart just informed me of the problems and fixed unit with what we had available. so definitely recommend Gulf Coast Thermo king!!

Friendly service. Technician spoke to me like I had some common sense (debatable) but he actually cared what I had to say. He also worked late and came in early to have my truck ready. Finished 5 hours ahead of time. My A/C never has been this cold. Lady in the office recommended a good motel with a good restaurant next to it.
