11/3/21Question of the day: How long does it take to unload a trailer of plastic buckets at jimbo's jumbos?
By far one of the worst deliveries ive been to.
No consideration for driver time
I arrived here at 0830 went in to check in and they tell me i had to go to the other building at the end of the street to check in so i did. I get there and the guy says i had to go to the building next to them to dock. I docked at 0920 i had 30 skids to the door and seemed they were only taking 1 at a time every 15 minutes. I didn't get out of the dock until 1240 left facility w/bills at 1250. They have overnight parking for those who want to know but i certainly won't ever come back here again

Loaders do good job 👏 quick load , only these guys sitting inside the office telling stories doing nothing! Freaking lazy, It will take you an hour waiting on them getting your paper work

Got loaded and used the on-site scale. With tandems all the way forward and a quarter tank of fuel I had 12,200 on steers, 33,970 on drives, and only 32,000 on the tandems. Asked them to rearrange a couple pallets so I could take same weight off the tractor so I could get fuel and stay legal. Didn't ask them to cut product. Just rearrange a couple pallets. Not reload the entire trailer. Just move a couple pallets. I asked nicely. Wasn't rude. Nope. They wouldn't do it. Now I gotta make a 1400 mile drive without ever having more than a quarter tank of fuel. Would have taken them 10 minutes to save me 5 extra fuel stops. 13 years of driving, this is the only place I'll refuse to come back to. Did I mention there wasn't one single other truck there? They weren't busy. Just didn't want to.

Loaded in 20mins. About 1 1/2 to get paperwork. You have to wait on the lab to run its test on product before you can leave, which is understandable. You can park over night i suggest getting here before 2000 because at 0630 they waking you up to be loaded. If your a reefer temps are 75-80.

Delivered a truck load of pallets. They have a bunch of buildings in that particular location but they directed me to the right one which was literally around the corner. They sign your Bill's, send you to a dock, unload you within 40 mins, and you are good to pull off. No complaints. I parked at the planet fitness in Elizabeth city which was about 35 mins away while waiting for them to open.
