We went in 20 minutes before closing. After walking by the self checkout the guy working there said it’s 10 till y’all need to check out. He then said we want to get out of here, man come on. Really? Come to Fl for some southern hospitality. Don’t shop this store unless you conceal carry!

Not perfect but not bad. They usually have everything I want. It's really still too small to take care of such a populated part of town; always running out of stuff. Can barely get enough employees to operate but it's still MY kroger.

This is Kroger's closest to my house. This use to a good Kroger's. Now, I try my very best to never have to go here. At the beginning of their remodeling, I spoke with big wigs in charge and pleaded not to take away the cashiers. I told them, "Hey, this neighborhood isn't just Airbnb's, there are families that live here too. We can't all check out through the automated spindles." Kroger's DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THIS "OUR" COMMUNITY OR NEIGHBORHOOD! It has been made clear to several families in the area. If you need to buy food for your family, don't go to this Kroger! All they care about is Airbnb folks, that buy two things and they never come back. What a shame. (shakes head deeply saddened).

Kroger has become expensive. They used to help out their customers, but now it has high prices and you get very little. Kroger products are great. The lines are always long.

This photo is representative of how terrible this store really is. They’re always out of everything, they’re always severely understaffed, the employees they do have are argumentative and surly rather than helpful, and they seem stupid enough to not realize there’s a Publix three blocks down the road. Kroger should cut their losses and burn this dumpster to the ground

Just moved to the area about three months ago. And this Kroger is the closest grocery store to my house. We love Kroger and would always shop there at our previous home in South Carolina. This Kroger how ever really should be shut down. Every time I purchase cold cuts here they are at or passed the sell by date. Same goes for much of the meat products. A large portion of the staff are rude, incompetent, or just plain lazy. I literally asked a employee where wine stoppers would be. His response was “I don’t know” and walked away. Parking lot is way to small and rather dangerous. And the lay out of the store doesn’t make any sense. Things are hard to locate and i feel like I constantly walk across the store to purchase things the should probably be on the same isle.

I have lived in East Nash for a long time. One of the greatest days was seeing the old Kroger becoming a new renovated grocery store everyone can enjoy. The old used to smell like rotten fish and there was always a problem regarding checkouts. I met a new manager during the renovation that I felt confident in and I honestly felt the store would turn around after all of the new additions took place. Unfortunately, it’s the same old store with the same old story. Produce is still rotten hours after purchasing, no cashiers open during peak times, and I opened the sour cream door and it smelled like milk had been rotten for days. I guess nothing has changed. It honestly is ashamed. Can’t wait for the Publix to open. I wish I could get back the hundreds of dollars I spent there only to come home to rotten food.

This is is not an emotional review, I have had a few years experience shopping at this grocery store so I have had time to reflect. I honestly don’t understand how the store manager, and even the regional manager, still have a job. The store is constantly under stocked, dirty, understaffed without a manager onsite, reeks of weed and most of the kiosks are not operational. Due to the location I know this store prints money but for some reason they only put one or two minimum wage workers on one of the 5 lanes. Most of the employees clearly have no leadership because they do and say whatever they please. I know my measly review will fall upon deaf ears but when the new Publix opens the joke will be on you Kroger.
