1700 appointment. Made it early. Trailer had green light at 6:30. Asked for update at 7. Desk told me to wait for call. 5 minutes later I look up from my phone and they deserted with note that says be back at 8. Be ready for poor work ethic and operations. They should hang the COO for this kind of oversight. It's bleeding in the reviews.

Normally I read the reviews prior to arrival but this time I didn’t. Great experience gate guard was very friendly and professional. Pay attention if not you could pass it up due to trucks parked along the road way waiting for shipping/deliveries. Nice big facility east for backing maneuvers. Staff inside kinda relaxed not to much to say there maybe because it was so early in the morning 🤷🏽♀️. Appointment at 1:30am arrived at 12:57 checked in give a door right away. Back in disconnect your lines and pull forward slightly. I was called at 3:34am to pick up my paperwork. Not too bad could have been longer. Average driver restroom inside 👏🏽🙌🏽. I parked at the Flying j about 15miles away it’s not the best but it’s the closest. Great job you guys I appreciate your professionalism.

Had a 1800 appointments got there at 1200 was told to go back at 1700 to check in. Was done by 2200 and was just waiting for paperwork in the office, when they called me to open up doors again they forgot a pallet, was done by 2300. Waiting on paperwork again then I was told to open up again cause they forgot another pallet was done by 2400 and didn't get papers till 0100. 8 hours there to get loaded and I still had to make my appointments at 0500 in Houston which I barely did thanks to them. Loaders coming out and just chilling outside instead of working the ladies at the office didn't know anything all the time. Need to have patience to come here and waste your whole day.

To be honest better than most expectation, appointment was 16:00 , checked in 13:55 then got my paperwork 16:45 . Security guard was polite , shipping and receiving ( same office) was very helpful and tried to do their best . NO OVERNIGHT PARKING.

Ok for all the truck driver,if you pick it up remember they alway start with O3610....all the guard will asks for this number,
and make sure turn on your freight at -10 and trailer temperature must be 20 and below.
Cause when you get here and just turn on your freight,and then go check in they'll send you back out to get new gate pass because your freight is not right temperature. Always check your bill for setting temperature.
Be here at least 1hrs early.

Plenty of overnight parking on surrounding streets but not on property. Make sure your trailer is pretty cool to at least 20° or you will be told to leave the property and cool your trailer and possibly face a late fee even though you have already checked in. Do not check in more than a couple hours early or you will be charged a work in fee. Other than that the place is to be as expected 2 to 4 hours loading time

This location doesn’t open until 8am.
Took five trips to office to get late fee paid and assigned a door. Then had to wait for door.
The
guy in S/R is very unhelpful. Instead of advising which forms of payment are accepted, he provides those that aren’t. Yeah, that’s real helpful.

This review & the stars is for Wen! Friendly, helpful, excellent service, & he (unlike others in the facility) opened up the door to a driver standing out in the cold snow!!! He was wonderful & quickly unloaded our trailer, even though he had to move product that wasn't theirs to get to theirs & put that back on after. That man needs a raise!!!

Picked up frozen load from this place. I checked in by appointment time at 6:30am. In and out in 2 hrs. Shipping and receiving office by door # 44. Restroom available for drivers. Need to drop your trailer while loading and unloading. Polite and friendly service. No complaints for this place. Keep it up guys for your good service. 👍👍😊😊
