Was very pleasantly surprised with these guys. Showed up at 5pm for a 6:30pm loading appointment. Had a couple issues getting the PO numbers they needed but once we got those they put us in a dock right away and had us loaded in an hour and took about 20 minutes to get the paperwork. Overall very quick compared to some reviews of others.

NO PARKING - Got there about 1800 for an 0800 load appointment. There was an actual police officer at the gate and I was told to leave property and come back no more than 30 minutes before my appointment. There seems to be no street parking in the area. Do NOT try to park on the street by the Quik Trip, tons of “No Truck Parking” signs. The nearest parking I found was Shortys BBQ, check truckers path but it is just east in 80. Good luck out there drivers!

So far so good. Appointment is for 15:30, I checked in at 13:33 with guard, went to receiving office check in got a door. Now we wait. Delivery numbers start with Capital I or U . I called ahead to verify delivery time. Do your job don’t just be a steering wheel holder, plan ahead.

Typical cold storage.Easy to find.Very big facility.On site parking available.They will let you check in early.Clean restrooms.3-5 hours of loading time .Food truck comes in 9:00

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The rudest women in the world in the office. They are the face of the company, they are who drivers have to deal with. We are never coming here again, and highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. I tried to talk to the manager, but was put on the phone with a lady who I think was pretending to be the manager. Said her name was Lisa, she just interrupted me, argued, treated me with the greatest disrespect. The worst interactions I've ever had to endure. I've already reported them to the BBB, they need to understand they can't keep treating people like this and expect to keep doing business, especially in these crazy times.

Rude lady at the window working the night shift. Must have load locks, so I had to buy two of them. My fault for not having any. Appointment was for 2:30pm I wasn't loaded until 7:30 and basically wasted all my clock waiting on them. Had to pc to a safe place because you can't stay overnight.
