I personally like Lowe's. I gave them a review on my last visit. I'm a Disabled Veteran and can't lift the bags of fertilizer. Natasha the cashier made me feel like I was a bother to her. Several deep sighs. She acted like I was a pain in her Bum, when I asked for my VA discount. I will still shop Lows. Most of the time it is 5 stairs. And I Will recommend them to my friends and family.

We were dreaming of a bathroom remodel and now have great ideas. We also were asked if we wanted or needed assistance.
3-24-22 Crispin is the BEST EVER. He helped us order everything. Yesterday when we went to pick up the first load, he had it all together AND helped the girl at customer service!
I never met him prior to starting this exciting mess, but Cris has been exceptionally helpful and patient! Total professional!

Nice selection. Helpful people for the most part. I needed a 12 ft piece of trim secured in the bed of my truck and no one there said they could help. Definitely come prepared to do stuff yourself.

To be honest, I'm a little bias, because I love tools, and I love using them. So I pretty much love all home improvement places. But today, Lowe's beat out Menards in price on 12ft 2×6's. Menards had them for $9.50ea. and Lowe's had them for $7.48ea.

Went in to figure out how to stain an old real oak wood piece that was passed down from my grandparents and the worker was extremely rude and pointed down one of the many paint aisles and said "you'll find it somewhere" he should be fired. I dont care if you're busy, it's your job to be respectful and help customers

Lowe's used to have the best customer service now they have none and if you ask anybody for help they make you feel guilty for asking them to do their job. But it seems like that's going around everywhere? Customer service seems to be a thing of the past!

For supplies it's great but if you're wanting to actually do home improvement like bathroom work they barely have anything in stock. The answer is always "we have it online".
Well, I'm not paying $500 for a bathroom door I cant see and test before ordering and having your guys install for another $400
