First time delivering: quite hard backing to the dock especially on live street with another folks backed in right the next dock
1. They open at 01:00 AM even on Saturday-Sunday
2. They receiving frozen product starting at 9:00 AM (if u have some cash they could unload you within 30-40 min even frozen products) and no matter what time you came
3. Very crowded place to unload
4. If u backing with another Semi in a dock pls be sure to taking it serious: Attentions to the barriers, moving traffic and especially to the electric pole. backing from the middle of the street angled back to the docks

3 am delivery out by 4. Bring cash to pay the "express unloading" fee if you know what I mean. Tight parking but not impossible.

Good people and great place to deliver. This is one of my favorite places to unload chicken. The receiver (Jeff) is very courteous and will help you back in off the street. Take your time its not as hard as it looks. Follow his directions and you'll be fine. They start receiving around 2am so no need to be early! Do not listen to your broker or dispatcher. They are not the one who will wait! Show up close to your appointment time not early because there is very limited parking for big trucks on the street. 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.

Quaint warehouse with a very helpful middle aged gentleman who will take paperwork, guide u into dock area and even give u directions to the interstate from this location. Street parking around corner next this waste management equipment yard. Unload time was quick, less than 45 min. The parking was tight but not impossible otherwise better spot than most for the unload

I had a truck delivering here with 6 AM appointment. 6 hours later finally empty. Driver comes out to close the doors on his trailer and there is a straight through hole on the side of the trailer. Whoever was unloading the trailer was just flying in and out. Of course, they refuse to take any responsibility for the damages. We called manager to come out and give us an explanation on how we're going to handle this. Nobody came out and made any comments on the situation. We contacted the broker to get involve, they promised to "take care of us" and we haven't heard from them since then. Drivers be ware!!! They will destroy your equipment and nobody will ever take responsibility for it!!!

No limit on how much meat you get. That makes it super convenient during these times. Prices are a bit high due to demand however it's not extremely unreasonable. My family has been going here for many years.
