Stock is always good and their curbside delivery response times are WAY better than Lowe's. Two thumbs up!

Super nice explained about their access to freezers helped me get phone number for repair shop. Sad part nobody works on the freezer I own . Hahaha still looking for a freezer . Will definitely keep checking back to see if they get freezers. Need 21 square foot freezer.

There are hardly any lines, even in this crazy time!! All associates were helpful and courteous. They were stocked up fairly well, with some lumber items out of stock due to demand.

Good enough prices I can find what I need here when I cant find it other places cant ever seem to find help but I find a bunch of cameras, seems having an employee around would help the theft problem.

Home Depot is great but the paint department may need a little refresher in customer service. One young lady who was very friendly could have used a little more training. It was probably her first time alone behind the counter so i gave her a break. We all have been in her position at one time. The next guy defied logic. He looked like he knew what he was doing but when i asked him why my high gloss paint mixed by the young lady was several shades off from the color i wanted. His response was "when you change the sheen you change the color and you will not know the color until you change the sheen" I wish i had his answer on videotape. He basically said you have to buy the paint before you know the color. ( ive heard this logic before) I asked him several times in different ways. He kept saying the same thing. Eight feet to his right is a kiosk. On the kiosk is printed pick your paint pick your color pick your sheen (flat glossy etc) and you'll see the color before you buy it. (I believe it also prints a code you give to the paint tech but i never got that far). So I leave the knucklehead and head to the kiosk. I picked the paint I picked the color but the option to pick the sheen was not an option. (In hindsight its possible that when you pick the paint you're also picking the sheen but I don't remember it that way). I briefly thought of asking the knucklehead for help but that would only validate his answer. I wanted to go somewhere else but with limited time i had the flat color sample turned into high gloss paint and take my chances. The paint worked out just fine. Amazingly it was the same color as the flat sample only shiny! Just what I wanted. It was obvious there was a mistake mixing the original two gallons of paint and this knucklehead did not want to deal with a return. I never asked to return the paint i had planned on keeping it and was only curious as to why the color would be so different from what i asked for.
