This is what I like to call RED CARPET SERVICE..
My truck was running fine and the next day its dead, it wouldn't turn over, A mobile was called and Anthony came to the rescue. Now a quick FYI, I dont know absolutely nothing about mechanics, but Anthony took the time to educate me about my problem.
He explained the situation and how it happened. He got in it and had me up and going in no time.

***DO NOT REPAIR ANY UNITS IN THIS SHOP*****
WE HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH HELL TRYING TO RETRIEVE OUR UNIT FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WERE CLAIMING THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT WHICH WAS A TOTAL LIE! BECAUSE WE HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM OUR BANK ( CHASE) and THEIR BANK ( BOFA) THAT THE FUNDS WERE CLEARED!!! I HAVE PRINTOUTS OF THE TRANSACTION! SCREEN SHOTS FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT! AND THEY STILL DID NOT WANT TO RELEASE OUR TRUCK!
I HAD TO CONTACT THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT SO THEY CAN SO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND AS OF RIGHT NOW 4:44pm ON 03/04/2022 They have not released our truck!
WHATEVER YOU DO! DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK OR DO ANY REPAIRS IN GENERAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! THERE ARE PLENTY OF LOCAL SHOPS THAT CAN HELP YOU INSTEAD OF GOING THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE SCUMB BAGS! Specially with JARED OR WATVER HIS NAME IS!

Very very unprofessional staff. Will initially give a wrong estimate about the time a job will take and the price, just to get you in. And when you send the truck to them and they take the truck in the shop then they will tell you a hugely different quote and will arrogantly say that they will work on it whenever they feel like. Grossly arrogant bunch of people. Had a worst experience. Stay away!!!!

I ask for inspection they say need to change breaks and drums and they say come back tomorrow, tomorrow I back there to pickup my trailer he say we don’t know when we can start working on your trailer!!! I pickup my trailer and I take it to TA they give me inspection and they save me about $2000, this place don’t want help and thanks to TA truck stop at cartersville GA

My alternator goes out I bring it here I was in and out no problem. I got 500 miles up the road and my alternator goes out . I call them He said he would pick up the whole bill and give me the money back for the alternate. I get back to the shop a few weeks later. All I get back is the money for the way over price Alternator. And the reason why it went out again is because the mechanic did not tighten the Pulley tight enough so it was Mechanic Fault.
