Peterbilt of Casper is a great place to get your truck worked on. Ricky in the service department was able to get my truck in and diagnosed even though it was late in the day. Jared, the parts driver, drove me to my hotel and picked me up the next day. That's service you don't ordinarily find from a dealer. Jared was a total professional. The folks in the parts department were friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this dealer and the people who work there.

Wished I was there under better circumstances! But they were friendly and fixed my truck. Plus cold coffee from the day before wasn't very skookum... But I'll still go back!

I work for the Boys and Girls Club and we bring our busses here for Maintenance and repairs and the folks here are awesome!!! They listen to what you tell them and respond to it. Great people

Great people and good mechanics. Reasonable prices. Not a very good selection of chrome goodies but it's a small dealership.

Had them clean the dpf filter and full annual service for after exhaust system in November. Directly after that service i started getting an intermittent check light for the egr Delta psi x2. Coincidentally i was able to make it back home within the month so i brought it back to them so they could fix it. Made arrangements to drop the truck Friday night with expectations set for service on following Tuesday. Called to check with them Tuesday to see progress and no one knew what my truck was parked over there for. Straightened out that individual i had spoken to Friday went on vacation and there was a failure of communication. They performed the work determining the differential pressure sensor was out. Finally was able to get a good look at the truck about a week later and found various places where fasteners were removed and not reinstalled. That makes me believe that the service as a whole is very poor quality and likely will not return
