Terrible liars. With the excessive heat my company told me to go there to have them remove the idle shutoff so I could idle with air conditioner for my 10hr break . They told me they only had one mechanic and he didn't know how to do the simple procedure . There were at least 20 mechanics there and even saw a couple with computers plugged into other trucks which is exactly how the procedure is done.

I've been to other shops before, was greeted, asked questions, kept in the loop of what they was doing. Very professional. Sheila was amazing, I didn't get the mechanics name, but he stuck with it and got us going. I have to say that this Peterbilt is unlike any other I have been... I wished I could give y'all more stars and a very big thank you for getting us back on the road!!!

Lane in Sales was great to work with. Made the purchase smooth and easy. Even got it delivered to me. I think the inspect process can be improved. Once delivered we found a few issues that salesman can’t know unless they get under the truck themselves. That someone else’s job to inform them. The truck had not had the mattress replaced due to shortage in inventory, there again should have been taken out. Lane did have me send receipt for one and got me reimbursed. Overall satisfied with the sales team.

Disappointed. That's how I felt. Called to see if they had a part in stock. Was told yes. Went out of route to get there and was told Cash or Check only when I got there. No Internet Service to use Credit Card. Could have told me this earlier, drove right past the Peterbilt in Memphis. Disappointed, yes. Older Gentleman in Parts didn,t seem to care one way or the other. Just the impression he gave. Guess I need to ask if their internet is working when I buy a part. No I don,t carry lots of cash when OTR.

I've been doing business with this store since 1998 and have rarely had any issues with any department there...David in parts is always willing to make suggestions on things I may not have considered or known about...Todd in sales was a long time friend before his death...
