Dobbs Peterbilt - Little Rock

Had a break down this past Friday, was towed into this location, they got my truck into the bay told me me the problem and said that they would be able to get the part by Monday. I was thinking that is not to bad, however when Monday came around they explain that the part was not pulled or placed on the truck, ( lack of communication) When I called to see if the part was in and when it would be ready the told me that the part was never pulled for delivery and said that they were going to have the part Tuesday, At end of day Tuesday came and now they say they received an incorrect part, that again I would need to wait. (lack of communication) someone should have followed through from beginning until the end, not play the blame game. Wednesday arrives the finally have the part but conveniently can not finish until later in the evening. When I finally arrive to discuss my bill, it seems that the bill was already closed and things were added that were never discussed. I paid for 6 days and 5 nights for a hotel, 3 extra days that were unnecessary because of the lack of communication of this location, I have also over paid for this, they could have at least explained in detail what they were doing and asked what I wanted done. Now I am out thousands of dollars, they could have at least offered a discount or some sort of compensation for their delay. UPDATE: After driving on the road the problem still has not been rectified both hubs are still leaking, I am beyond upset. All they can do is apologize, and refer me over to another department. This location needs to take accountability for what is done from start to finish. Poor management. Poor communication.

My 2007 Peterbilt. The purge valve went out. I was able to make it to there location on my route back home. I bought the part. Blessed they had it in stock. Didn't have long till they closed for the night. Everyone there was very helpful in me getting the issue fixed. Cal and Jack and the young man behind the counter went beyond the call of duty to help me get the truck fixed. Everyone there did contribute. If they hadn't help me. I was looking at a night in a hotel and another day getting back home to my family. Hats off to these people for having a heart and caring. I highly recommend Dobbs Peterbilt of Little Rock Arkansas. I called Dobbs parts department on my way out of Texas. They had my parts needed, and put them in will call. Almost $100 cheaper than other dealers! I will be back. The ONLY reason this is not 5 stars, nobody even spoke to me, even after I had been standing there for over 10 minutes. It wasn't until the older gentleman was done with a customer, that the first words were said. At least 5 employees walked past me without a word. Don't get me wrong. I don't need to be greater. I can wait my turn. But I have always been greater but someone. Even if it is just to say, we will be with you in a minute.

Called on a Monday morning with code problems. Got me ordered parts and Nick got me Tuesday. Couldn't ask for from him or the team that help get parts ordered quickly. Nick also checked to insure that it was only a 1 system failure. Great people to work with. 👍

wanted to leave a review for Nick the service tech who worked on my truck. Great guy and speedy tech he fixed me up quick and saved me from having to get a hotel room! thanks again Nick!

Pricey... as usual. Bought parts only and installed them at a Loves for 90% less. Eff paying ANY labor costs here. I refuse to. Update: Changed to one star. Said part (air cab shock absorber) failed within 30 days but they won't exchange. Shtty return policy: you get a refund when we get a refund...
