Great job, needed an unavailable regulator they found me a universal that fixed all my old and new air problems

Just needed a small interior part, they were helpful and courteous.

I had used this dealership a long time ago and to be honest I had a bad experience with them; however, they reached out and we were able to resolve that issue to my satisfaction. With that in mind I was in area on 1/6/22 and needed a repair done, a sensor had gone bad. They worked me in without an appointment and was able to get the repair done very quickly and get me back on the road. In fact this was during lunchtime and the tech stayed and worked on my truck during his lunch to get me back on the road. This time was a great experience, I'm glad I gave them another chance. Just for comparison, I tried to get this same repair fixed in Houston before I left and they wanted me to leave my truck at the dealership and estimated that it would be almost 2 weeks before they could even look at it. Also this dealership was very clean and had a nice driver waiting area and restrooms while I waited, which was not very long. Thank you Dobbs, you guys did a great job.

I have very little good to say. But try other places.

Be mindful of this dealership I had issues with them but the manager had resolved. Make sure to they charge you what they say.

Truck broke down at 12:00 pm. Called D.J. in service and and they got a tow company suggested. Truck was hooked and towed within 1 hour. They got truck right in immediately. Found electronic issue. They located the part we needed. Got it changed and back out the door by 5:00. 5 hours from breakdown, to hook, to shop, and back on road. I call that service. I’ve been in trucking business for 32 years and that was a top repair experience. 5 star.

Best parts guy (Bob) i have been across in a long time very helpful. Able to help find the parts and make sure i was taken care of. He stayed on top and let me know any info i need to get me going. He went above and beyond to do his job. He treated me just as i was a big company even though i was just a one truck. U dont find that kind of help any more it all about turning big dollars but threw his time helping me he treated me with respect and made me wish we had the same parts people every where than maybe we can get along better with places. Thank u Bob for the great service.

I simply wasn't impressed with anything about this place. And I wanted to be, I really did. I dropped my truck off for an air leak, a blown a/c line, and a clutch adjustment. A week later, still not quite done. Be ready Friday night they said. I show up about 4pm. Still in the bay. Wait a little while, finally, shes on the ready line. I pay the bill. Go to get in my truck, the kick panel on the driver's is still apart. Pieces of my interior are everywhere, screw everywhere on my floorboard. They bring it back in, piece my interior back together, some of the pieces were even scattered in the shop. Get it together, hit I55 north, it wont do over 40 mph. Engine is derated. It wasn't when I left it. Take it back. They keep it another week. Next Friday I go to get it, derate is fixed, but both headlights are blown? How does that happen? Fast forward a couple of weeks, I go to press the clutch....shes not releasing!! Nothing, still pulling with your foot on the floor. I get under the truck. The access plate has been left off and is causing it to hang up with grease line. This was the only picture I took, unfortunately. But my truck wont ever see them again
