Was Is dispatched for lamb Weston. I asked if this was a lineage load and they inform me no. So I set over at the wrong plant for 6 hours. Once I got here they got me right in rolling fairly quickly.

You can read all other reviews about this facility. Mostly are positive. Here, I only want to mention as the attached photo will show that shipping is on both sides of the North main entrance.it is not true, Dock 1 to dock 17 are for shipping only which are located on one side. While 18 to onward on ward are for receiving only. Enough room for backing up and staging. Three vending machines in the check in area along with complimentary coffee.A washroom is also in the checking area. Overall a nice experience with nice staff. Also, there is a scale there. Noticed mostly overweight loading,

This place is outstanding and is what every cold storage should be.
Arrived 15 hours early to my delivery appointment, they got me in a dock and unloaded within a half hour. They also have a huge lot and allow overnight parking.
I will jump at every chance I get to deliver here again.

I spent 20 hours on the pickup to make a 250 mile to delivery
and made me pay a penalty that the load had to be taken 3 days ago.
I received confirmation 15 hours before the pick-up,
I don't value drivers' time.

Great place to get loaded at. They respect the drivers and there time. If you run out HOS they will allow you to take your 10 hour break on-site.

Busy place. Has overnight parking and loads are heavy. Onsite scale but must pay for it. Extra star for really washroom instead of portable toilet that's never cleaned

Check in at guard shack when you pull in. They will guide you to shipping or receiving. This place is huge. Plenty of room for backing. Plenty of room for overnight parking. Receiver side is first come first serve. Shipping side if you are late there is a late fee. Both sides will give you a gladhand lock to put on your red air line. They will give you a key to take off the lock when they are done unloading or loading you. Leave trailer doors closed and have 2 load locks or straps in trailer before backing into the dock.Check out at the guard shack they will check paperwork and then your seal. I only have good things to say about this place. Keep up the good work!!! There is a scale on site if you want to use theirs for $10-$10.40 you can or you can go to the Flying J 20 miles up the road on 395. Drive safe drivers

I picked up here few times and on average they need 3- 4 hrs to load your trailer. You can check in early. Once I got loaded 7 hrs before my appointment time, other times 3 hrs after. Hard to predict. Overnight parking, paid scale onsite, clean restroom and vending machines.

Bringing a load in and being able to drop it is great. Overnight parking is great. Coming in to live load or unload isn't bad at all. lf you are supposed to have a preloaded trailer and they get behind, you are a work in. Count on doing your 34 hr reset while live load appointments come in and out around you. Why their preloaded trailer appointments are not on the same schedule as live load appointments is beyond me!

Place is hot and cold. They get you in quickly and your gone. You can also be there for a day waiting to get loaded. You can park there so that's a great advantage. Food can be delivered the from town.

Positive: The staff has been friendly or at the very least, polite each time I've been here with my husband who is a truck driver. The bathroom is clean, the vending machines have a decent selection and take cards as well as cash. There is free coffee and a water cooler. 24 hour facility. Allows overnight parking on site.
Cons: It has never taken less than 3 hours to get loaded. It has taken as much as 8 hours to get loaded. You will know when they start because your entire truck will rock like there are bulls charging in your trailer.

I don’t know what the one star reviewers are about. Show up ON TIME and don’t be a jerk and these people treat ya right. Everyone here has treated me good and with respect. I even seen a review about “the rude gal at the window”. I personally think she was awesome!
