I only been a member with them for a few weeks now and when I say they have a ad and Im not sure why because they NEVER have the sale items its very frustrating and the front desk careless and always have an excuse of why…

I literally just came from there. The product is good but the employees are highly rude and highly unprofessional and how they operate it seems sketchy. They make it seem like what they’re doing is illegal. Never going there again👎🏾

Starting a restaurant or vending business? Wanting high quality products to sell to your customers? Don’t want to lose money? Run far away from this place. Terrible quality of produce and other items and the store wont do anything about it. We were told when we first went in we can’t look inside boxes of produce, and it wasn’t till we got home that we noticed our $40 of lemons were all moldy, damaged, discolored and not able to be served. Wasn’t till after opening the box that the date said don’t serve past 07/15/2022. Bought them on 07/31/22. Why are they being sold? Called immediately to try to resolve the issue and the owner told me that even though it’s not allowed, we could of looked inside the box(contradictory) told me he would call me back about trying to get me some lemons(never did) and told me I couldn’t get a refund because we were only using a 1 day pass(I understand the policy but there should be an exception for fruit that literally says do not serve 2 weeks after it’s expiration date) Will be taking my business elsewhere which we were going to become members and everything, but the negligence, contradictions, and lack of care towards what it sells to its customers is unacceptable.

I arrived at 11:30 for a 12 PM appointment. Got a door in 25 minutes and left at 1:10 PM. The only issue I had with them is it’s blind side parking, but the other drivers were helpful. Idk if you can park there overnight but there’s spaces in front of the store

I had an IT issue that was not immediately addressed, but finally solved. It is very helpful to have the ability to go online to check quantities of products even if there is not enough of an order to justify pickup or delivery. The management is very attentive and IT personnel was understanding. The front desk personnel have a lot to deal with considering the noise and the controlled chaos in the store. It is understandable that they have to be quick and dry with customer service. Please RD put a limiter in the fork lift engines. A driver came too close for my comfort on my last visit.

I don't have a true review yet just a question, are you still open to the public? If so will you remain open to the public always? My wife and I hope we can visit you this weekend. Thanks

To start with terrible attention, you buy with Money, but employees treat you like you're going to order the gift stuff. My Husband returned a product at the same time he bought it and the person who treated him treated him horriblely. They have very low-class staff without any training so they can provide considerable customer service at least. The prices are too high and it hurts that my husband did not memorize the name of the people who gave him that bad attention.

Had everything that my restaurant needed and awesome staff.

The name says it all, this is a traditional cash and carry market. I've only shopped here twice but I can assure you that they have restaurant-quality goods. Due to the pandemic, the store is open to the public. You only have to show ID and fill out a brief visitor's log. They will give you a one day shopping pass after you do. There's fresh and frozen meat and produce, heavy duty kitchen supplies and appliances, paper products and spices, etc. It's a food service business owner's dream lol. It's a step up from the warehouse clubs in regards to quality and bulk purchasing. Staff is pheasant and helpful. I'll look for a store map next time. That would have been very helpful. It's a bit of a maze in there. Bring a warm jacket if you're shopping frozen and sensitive to the cold (in the freezer).
