This place has completely poor service and I will never carry another load for them again. I have been here for hours and it's like this place doesn't care about the driver's and if they were scheduled for another load pick up I, truly believe that they should have to pay for detention time. You can't even put a review about them with out putting a star. This is a place I hope I never have to come to again.

We had appointment at 7am, driver checked in for his delivery at 6:45 so he is still waiting, it's already 6th hours going on, we had another pick up at 2pm, driver 95mls away from his next pick up, we already lost next load, they keep saying they have to count load, are you guys counting already 4 hours? Anything wrong with your mathematics, ? I am not gonna send there any other my driver in the future and also you guys stay away from this facility it's a waste time and disrespect drivers and carriers .

Came here to buy yuca today 1. There is barely items 2. Employees just stand like idiots and let 2 people work the registers 3. Get ready to be in line for 15 minutes manager you better get your employees on check or you will be going down hill.

Bad policy and customer service. Went in with a guest pass and want to buy a 100 qt pot but there were no clear label and end up realized that I got 140 qt pot when looking at the receipt. Come back in within 5 minutes to return but they didn't allow that. They said everything is final sale with the guest pass. ??? Why you didn't tell me when you give me the guest pass or when you chek me out???? Why???? and I don't have a chance to change my mind since the receipt is printed. This place is ripping off their customers. Poor policy! How come I can't return a pot within 5 minutes of buying it. I don't even leave their parking lot, you don't inform me the policy- please check the camera if your employees actually doing their job. I even offer to trade to the right pot size 100 qt but they said no. This is totally violate the customer right and rip off people money. I will file a complaint to make sure they do QA at this location. If you want anything go to the Brooklyn location at least, their management and customer service is much better. Not rule and none sense like this St.paul location.

This location of R.D has bad management. My appointment at 6 am now 7 receiving door close no one check you in even they are hearing the bell. I called its phone number a guy has answering but after no one wanted to pick up the phone again. So bad management I have delivery many R.D locations in USA they have great management of delivery. Idk y this freaking place like that Delivery manager’s sorry but you have to go to get training done

Spacious, comprehensibly stocked, very price competitive bulk trader/wholesaler to all restaurant, cooking, baking, catering and similar businesses. Membership based, free. Find the Saint Paul location very convenient. Staff are few, generally very helpful and polite but don't expect hand-holding (go to a consumer retail store for that). My impression is that to help keep prices low they skimp on a bunch of 'nice things to have'. Frankly that can make it price-wise a good place to shop if you're in this industry but can also make it a bit unpleasant to shop here.

Great products and great prices when u buy in bulk. Price per item is a little spendy though. Great for stocking up on items you always need and Great items for kitchen use. I wish the clerks were more friendly though.

One lady working on the gloves clapped her hands at a customer (because he was taking too long looking at the gloves i guess) in order for him to hurry up. She gave dirty looks and rolled her eyes at him. Extremely rude and bad customer service on her part. Other than a few rude employees, overall the majority of them have good customer service.

Great place, very organized. Selection of items are outstanding. Staff is extremely helpful. Even if it's not their area of expertise, they'll help as much as they can, until they can point you in the direction who can help.

Definitely a wide selection of product. A MUST VISIT for ALL restaurants near Falcon Heights. The staff are super friendly and always there to greet you with a smile. The place is always busy and the freezer is always kept stocked full!

Always makes you wait. Second time delivering here. 9am appointment, checked in at 8:40am. Aright now 12pm they didn’t even started. They don’t care about your appointment. If someone shows up (local trucks) they will unloaded them first.

I wonder where they get their employees from they all suck always have a messed up attitude, don't know how to talk to people. Disrespectful!

This is where Restaurants shop. Great selection of groceries and kitchen supplies. Organic options included as well, which is very welcoming!

Friendly managers and cashiers. I'm a caterer. Clean! Huge "cold room" I bought this awesome Angus brisket and it was the best I ever made. When they are busy you will find pallets in the aisles but they are put in such a way that you are able to reach merchandize. Great savings! This location is " "Members Only" This location behind the Fairgrounds is the better location of the 2 in the Twin Cities.
