The Home Depot

The curbside is a WASTE of time. I checked in, and waited, waited, waited even though we received the confirmation text then order was ready for pickup. When we arrived nothing was ready. My wife walked in and had to find the chairs we had purchased as well as the kiddy pool. Nobody wants to help, nobody knows what to do. Totally disappointing. If you want to wait for a while and still have nothing then order curbside. If you actually want something done, do it yourself. OH and the manager never came by to apologize or even talk about their error.

Hire home depot to install tile floor. Home depot sub hired a crew of 1 to do the whole house. 3 weeks into the renovation, the crew quit and left me without floors. Home depot does not responsibility for the work and left me hanging. Never returns calls and is unwilling to help. Never hire these crooks.

Not a very extensive selection of product, and difficult to find an associate to help with purchases.

They have all the tools and part for the house.

Poor Customer service. Aside from the fact that every employee simply points you in another direction with no knowelege when you ask for an item, upon my arrival, asked where the shopping carts were to the employee standing at the entrance, to which he points out to the parking lot and says, first one you grab out there is yours. Wow...

Do not use this Home Depot’s tool rental, they do not properly test their tools before renting them out and the manager there is very rude and unhelpful. I rented a pressure washer from them this morning for a job and after showing up to the job site I noticed that the hose connection was broken. I called the tool rental and the guy over the phone offered me a discount and told me to come back in to swap it out. Even though they wasted an hour and a half of my company’s time and gas money driving back and forth I would still have been perfectly happy if they had given me a working pressure washer and the discount I was promised but instead I was told they wouldn’t give me a discount and they gave me a second broken pressure washer. I arrived at the job site again, hooked it up and turned it on for there to be almost no pressure at all and the gun was broken. I decided to just return it rather than bother with a third broken pressure washer and the guy still expected me to pay him for the amount of time we had it. Why would I pay to have my time wasted and broken tools? I asked for a manager that ended up being more useless than the first guy. These people have no idea what they’re doing and terrible customer service. Do not rent from them and don’t expect competence from the manager.

I just went to the Home Depot in Weston Fl to take advantage of a 12 Month $0 interest promotion and no one was available to assist. It’s hard to believe that an $88 billion company cannot take care of good customers. I’ll take my business to LOWE’s.

All positions are cover for very nice people, always ready to assist you..and in the Phone sell area..this persons are the best...they are fast, they know very well what are doing...super..

My family says home depot is my second home!!🤣🤣🤣 I love this place because you find everything you need for the home. Good prices and near my house. 150% recommended
