Be careful ordering from this location. Or if you do, at a minimum - call ahead to verify the item is actually there. They will cancel your order as they haven't gotten their inventory synced (it looks like they have things in stock that are simply not there.)

I always love visiting Home Depot. They always have what I am looking for, and if I can't find it there is an employee always around who can help direct or show me where it is. I am loyal to Home Depot for this reason, especially as I am not a particularly handy person so I don't always know how to find what I'm looking for in the store.

Don’t feel it is terribly necessary to describe for people the advantages of shopping Home Depot on 5th St. But, just in case there are some who are trying to make a decision, I will share a few thoughts. They offer a wife selection of products from hardware, tools, appliances, lighting, cleaning products, furniture and garden products among other categories. Their prices are usually spot on and in addition, they offer to match prices. Customer service is congenial and knowledgeable. What particularly impresses is the willingness of employees to communicate when they don’t know an answer and to find someone who might. Additionally, they offer curbside and delivery on products, including those ordered online.

If I could give Her and Home Depot 10 stars I would. I came in with my children looking for items in hardware. Zuri was extremely friendly. She said she was new and wasn't exactly sure what some stuff were used for but she was attentive and ready to look up and learn what I needed. So super sweet and the aisles were SPOTLESS. BEST experience at home depot. Start to finish. Thank you.

Hit and miss. The store seems organized poorly for certain items. Went for a humidifier and was given 3 different locations to check. One was air purifiers, one was air conditioning units, and the third was dehumidifiers. These were all in different locations in the store. Ultimately they didn't even have large humidifiers in stock and had to go elsewhere. On the positive side, the employees all were helpful and polite each time, and they were on point for covid measures. I'd give this location a solid 3.5, but they benefit from rounding up.

Staff is always really helpful at this location and I always find what i need. I like that it's never crowded. Bathrooms are clean too!

At any point that I needed direction to find a particular item the staff was easy to find and was quick to assist me. The experience was simple and quick. No complaints here!

First time to the depot since the lockdown began. Put in an order online for curbside pickup. Received email notification that the order was ready and went the next morning to retrieve it. The curbside area at North Aliante is easy enough to find down towards the garden area. As a bonus there was a shady spot waiting for me, which is a big deal in Vegas heat! The sign gives you multiple ways to alert staff that you've arrived. I selected responding to the link in my email confirmation. I supplied the order number, make/model/color of my vehicle and sat back. And waited. And waited. And waited. About 15 minutes later a young man in a vest asked if I'd checked in as he had seen me waiting in the shade there... My check in hadn't been recorded so even though the other person waiting alongside me even longer had gotten their order finally, if that young man hadn't been paying attention, I might still be sitting there. He immediately went to get my order and cheerful loaded it in my car in less that 30 seconds. Great idea, spotty implementation. But they have almost everything so I'll go back when the need arises .

I am here so much I should just get a job here 🤣 maybe then i can get a discount for all my home Improvement needs! Best part about this store is there are not a million attendants hounding you asking if you need help every 5 seconds! I really enjoy this Home Depot!!!
