Arrived at 9:30 for 10pm appointment. Given door when arrived. Lumpers come in at 10. Unloaded quickly. Checkers come in at 11pm. Unfortunately didn’t get bills back until 12:40. Not as bad as some of the horror stories on here but too long for 2 pallets.

receiving: 22.00-03.00 monday-thursday bout 1-2 hrs to deliver 1/3 of 53’ will take you early ONLY if you pay 305$ rescheduling fee

Security and office ladies are really nice and friendly. They dont take deliveries before appointment so come on time. UNLOADING really slow normally take 5-6 hours. NO PARKING

Arrived last night at 10:30 pm for a 2am appt, security guard immediately gave me a dock. Was unloaded in about an hour. Received the lumper text an hour later pd it and left. The office ladies ( Tempest and Desiray were very professional and accommodating. I'd return to this place to unload

Nice plays , nice employees but I didn't know that it is first come first serve. My appointment was for 3:00 am , reached here at 2:00am the checked in. Guard was really nice and told that supervisor is not here yet so i have to park outside on road which was fine. No cops no traffic , it is a side road going to another shipper. 3:15 I got a dock and when I asked they told me that I will be unloaded after other drivers before me. I knew one of the drivers appointment was for 4:30am but they unloaded him before me because he checked in earlier. Anyway they started unloading me around 6:00am and finisher by 8:30. It was fine though , I was expecting this much time since it is a produce load but wasn't expecting that they don't follow the appointment time

App time 11:30 PM, check in 10:50PM finish unload 11:34PM. Lumper Fee already paid by broker . Lucky dilevery . Tnx for guard shack and all the recievers

My experience as a truck driver with UNFI Richburg SC was There is not respect for my on duty hours They don’t care if you run out of hours to drive they make you continue in red, they descriminate routes by preference, they overwhelm the stops to delivery, at the warehouse there is so much desorden that orders are stocked wrong causing accident inside in the truck making the work extra hard causing delays they don’t care once on the road you’re on your own they not responds calls ,they push you to finish your many many stops , In the office they are out of clue what’s going on You are on call 24/7 they don’t have manners and ethnic to treat people ,nasty,rude and angry is expected all the time The driver have to make calls no phone is provided,driver have to separate the orders since its all mix, download bring them inside the store frozen and cooler an the rest, after 13,or14 hours very tired now looking for hotel they don’t take their cheap card., causing more delays for your rest Driver still have to pickup loads and unload your self at the warehouse., if you don’t have a life work for them otherwise don’t recommended it they will burned you out to hell

My experience was not bad. Easy in and easy out. Park outside before checkin with the guard and he will call u when door is ready. I was out in one and half hour.

Arrived at gate 0140 for 0200 appt. No door available, u-turn out of gate to wait in front of facility on road. 0215 gate called for door assignment, checked in inside 0230. First movement in trlr 0330. No more movement in trlr 0400ish. Went inside to see if done 0430, 0500 told no paperwork yet. Still waiting; 0530, 0605, 0652, 0730, finally departing at 0806. Office never texted me to come pay up for the unload changed shift. Load was 9 low pallets w/1833 cases.

Wish I could say good but I'd be lying. Took 3 hrs and 15 minutes to unload 1 pallet from my trailer. They were friendly if that's any consultation though
