The Home Depot

My first time to go here so I was unfamiliar with the store layout. I downloaded the app which was extremely useful for finding what I needed. I will need to explore the app some more to see what other benefits it has to offer. The store was very neat and every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Wanted to take the time to acknowledge and praise some hard workers at the Norman location. First I noticed the team effort, the skill set shown, the politeness and attentiveness that these guys possessed. From the gentleman who alerted them to my needs to the 2 young man crew of Isiah and Justin. They were loading drywall and Isiah keeping the area clear and safety of customers to Justin skills loading with the small forklift and saying 'thank you's' for the patience of customers while they worked were noticeable. I needed 2 "ideal" RR ties - they didn't hesitate to open a new bundle, were willing to sort through some. Great work ethic, so see younger generations willing to work- putting effort into helping others. Great attitude. They should be noticed and recognized. Great job guys. This location has become my go to place . I will load their pic if I can. I wanted to make sure I had their name tags to give them credit🙂

This is a nice Home Depot. Lots of staff and they were friendly and helpful. I was in and out quickly and enjoyed my trip. Great customer service. Keep up the good work. Some of the other reviews are a little petty in my opinion.

The Home Depot is an absolute fantastic place for homeowners, DIYers as well as contractors. Now, the Norman Oklahoma location is a small store compared to most Home Depot stores. But overall, the customer service is top notch, Tool selection and quality brands are definitely present. I strongly recommend!

Tools...they have tools.

Home Depot does not give the Military the proper discount when the veteran has fought in battles for our country. Nor do they give tax exempt people the tax exemption that they are deserving. I have had a numerous experiences with my parents going into the Norman store and they have been refused either of their discounts. They have even refused to let them use gift cards for stuff that was on sale.

Mike in plumbing is literally the most knowledgeable person I've ever met at a department store and is more than happy to share information. Break your toilet, go to home Depot, talk to Mike. It'll change your life.

Fast and friendly staff. Wearing masks and gloves. Fast checkout. Will shop here again.

Dirty. Disorganized. Price tags on lumber often missing. Outside yard was unnavigatable with a cart. Saw a half eaten apple on the ground in the lumber area. Very disappointing.

Quicker to go to the Moore home depot, they constantly have all the carts used up for their own stuff for whatever reason. I walked the whole store looking for a cart to carry sheetrock out and they all had doors or bundled up lumber, whatever random stuff piled high stacked and no one near by like they just didn't want to stock it. It's always like that even before covid.
