I do not have enough words to show thanks and appreciation. If I could give it 10 or more stars I would. My driver was stranded at the Flying J travel center in Ruther Glen, VA 22546. After calling different places finally the Peterbilt parts department in Richmond, VA had my part # K 022105 KIT-PURGE VALVE AD-IS/AD-IP available. Not only did they have the part, but they also sent it to my stranded driver, which meant that they drove forty miles at no extra cost. Many thanks to Tayler who made this possible. Many thanks also to the guys at parts who took my order for their kindness and for putting me in touch with Mr. Tayler who made delivery of the part possible. Thanks to all of you, my driver was able to replace the part and continue his journey to make his delivery on time. Thanks a lot !!

I would have given y'all 5 stars but y'all can thank your customer service lady in service for losing y'all a cash sale. I've been waiting for a truck me and my husband intended to buy straight out for past two months. I called to check the status because the dude that was gonna sell the truck is never able to talk or he never returns emails or calls which is cool. Anyway I called to see if the issue was fixed or for the part and some kind of number I could use to look in different regines for the part so I can buy my truck. But because she was so rude I guess I'll look somewhere else. So y'all can thank her for losing y'all 125,000 cash

If you want your truck fixed in a timely manner by competent people then DO NOT go here! Calling to inquire about status and Julie gets impatient with me and actually hung up on me! I call back.. no answer. You might deserve that if you curse or yell but I just want to know when my truck will be ready. I get 2 different answers from 2 different people. By the way this is the first time I ever had to right a review like this.. I’m a pretty laid back person but I felt the need to warn you.

The store was very clean & well lit. I called ahead and asked if they had the items I wanted in stock. When I arrived the items were at the counter ready to be purchased. The parts department is very knowledgeable & patient. I wasn't completely sure about the parts I needed & they took the time to make sure I got the parts I needed to complete my task. They were a pleasure to deal with & they are most certainly my go to Big Truck Store.

This place is awesome, got me in the shop in less than 2 hours even though they're 3 days behind. On top of that the staff is friendly. They even have a discounted corporate hotel rate and even a free lunch. They also have a huge driver lounge overseeing truck repairs, with two quiet rooms a shower and even a pool table with a huge flat screen and recliners. If I could give this place more stars I would. Best peterbilt I've been too.
