Needed to download my reefer unit and they got me in a soon as I got there. They are pet friendly even gave my dog treats. The office staff were super nice. Small tight lot so if you have a long nose truck it could be an issue.

This place is amazing I came in with APU issues I didn’t had any appointments came in at 0800 and they got me in right away was done by 0930 I it was done shop tech Pearson was good had pretty good knowledge and save me Unnecessary parts Thank you

Great place, and very nice people work here. Stopped by today for APU repair,but it just needed the service. The guy that did the service showed me how to properly use the APU(I’m new to it) and he had every single answer to my question how to maintain these systems. Very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Love going to this shop for my apu. Richard is 1 of 10 really good mechanics in the shop I don't have to tell him about my unit everything I go there he already knows what to do. Ms. Angie is also awesome. She treats everyone like family till you pass her off lol. This dealer/repair shop is very reliable and reasonable they will work with you.

Very unskilled service technicians. Took 8 days making a $2000.00 repair & it failed 3 weeks later. Huge hassle just to get them to honor warranty of their labor & cover the cost for another TK dealer to perform same repair again.

I received great service at this location. The mechanic was friendly and professional. He performed the work effectively and efficiently and I was very please.

Very disappointing by the service I received in this location last week. I went there with two issues. I asked for oil & filter change in refrigerator, and I wanted system "Start- Stop" to be fixed. (For some reason refrigerator would not start by itself when temperature was high, I had to start it manually). For "start-stop" issue, Termo King "experts" recommended to replace battery, I followed the advice and purchased new battery. However, next morning when I woke up, the temperature inside the trailer was 20 degrees when it was supposed to be -10 Fahrenheit. I had to start refrigerator manually to cool it down. Therefore, new battery did not fix the issue, "start-stop" still does not work. Oil change is whole another story, look at the pictures attached to see what happened. Termo King "experts" drained oil to the gasket below the refrigerator!!!! and left it there. As a result, whole track and trailer is oily now. Oil is spilled all over the truck. As a result, I went to Termo King with two issues and ended up with $590 dollar bill, oil all over the truck, and "start-stop" still does not work (pretty sure my battery was good). Termo King always advertises "exceptional experience", it is not even close to it. I will never use and recommend Termo King to my friends.

Giving a big shout out to everyone involved in the process from the time I arrived at the front counter to the multiple people that looked at my APU helping to solve its issue. Since my service visit ten days ago my APU has been keeping my truck the cool when stopped on my ten hour breaks even with temperatures reaching the high 90s and up to and over 100° at times.
