Checked in at 6am for a noon appointment which was great cause I knew I could go to sleep and they would let me know when to back into a door. 1030am came and they woke me up to back in door 48. 330pm I went to the office to see what was going on and they said 3rd shift will be in at 430 pm to load me. Advised them that I had another pick up and was told to either wait or leave they didn't care one way or the other. Very rude in the office. It's now 515pm and still waiting to get loaded. Don't care to much about our time or other pick ups. Sad how they treat drivers and their time.

This place is everything you want from a cold storage! Super fast loading! Plenty of room to maneuver! Clean restroom! They’ll let you take a break! One of my favorite stops!

Awesome place. Got here 11 hours early and was given a dock right away. Very clean restrooms and sell snacks if needed. Also if u need to do ur 10 hours cuz u been driving they will give u a spot to rest. Cant get any better than this

The best cold storage to pick up a load. Wow. Speechless. Everybody, including the security guard very professional. Many blessings for of you guys 🙏. My appointment was at 1pm. I sleep there one of the guys wake me up at 6am gives me a door at 645am out of there at 9am. Fantastic. 5 🌟

This place is Good, Except they only work based off appointments which is ok but gave me a door right away!!! loading/unloading takes a while (1.5 hours for me) and also had to wait for paperwork for another hour…. BIG LOT with OVERNIGHT PARKING!!! Guard shack crew is fantastic, quick and simple check-in

Got there a day early. They would not take me. Noting they work by appt only. So, the next morning (12 hours before my appt they put me in a dock And no one else was there) I sat there until 4.5 hours after my appointment time. When my appointment came I sat... they did not start unload for another hour and it took over three more hours before they were done.

Been coming here for a couple years now, they're mostly by appointments, occasionally they'll be able to get to you early, it does happen. But honestly, they are one of the nicer us colds in existence, they have a clean bathroom available to drivers, will actually talk and joke with you, and even a coffee machine that makes fresh coffee when you pour it available to drivers. You won't generally get out in an hour, but that's pretty typical. I'd rather come here than to many others.

Newer looking facility with tons of setup room. I'm not sure how early they'll let you check in, but I will say it didn't take long for them to finish loading me. You can go to the shipping office (by door 22) to get your BOL as soon as your light turns green.
Dock in with tandems slid all the way back. Leave your doors closed when you bump the dock, and leave a couple of load locks inside your trailer before docking in. They'll install the load locks and seal your trailer from inside.
I'll definitely come back for anything tendered with this shipper.
