SO glad there is a Whole Foods in Jackson. I hope it continues to succeed. Went there on a Friday am. Had a line waiting for them to open at 8 which seems a little late for opening a grocery but then went for coffee and asked management if there was none and she politely said they were working on it. No excuses and very kind. It dawned on me later that the City is under boil water alert! No fault of theirs. Solid.

I’m always happy to shop here at this location. The prices on some items are high however, if you want this type of quality, it will cost more in today’s economy. That’s just the sad fact. More people should switch to and demand NonGMO and organic and the prices could easily lessen. Back to the store, it’s always clean and as stocked as possible. I’ve had great interactions with the employees. They are friendly and personable. 10/10

So many interesting and tasty foods at Whole foods. I made these sweet potato gnocchi last night for dinner and they were delicious. I sauted them in a brown butter sauce.

While I wish we had a larger store, this location can't be beat for our area. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This most recent trip had me searching for new items due to dietary restrictions. I received great help from 3 separate employees.

Husband purchased a pair of the FeelGoods flip flops and got the wrong size. I tried to exchange for the correct size and was told because I didn't have a receipt because the computer told the young lady to give me money which I didn't want, I couldn't exchange. She didn't even seek the assistance of a manager to help, so I've gotta find the card hubby used just to return for an even exchange, no cash involved. What if someone wants to exchange a gift and doesn't have a card??? Better job next time Whole Foods,smh.

Great coffee bar, enjoyed the seating area upstairs. Bought different entrees and groceries all week long while visiting the Jackson area. Now dejected 😹 b/c there's not one in all of North Mississippi.

The customer care is so good here. We travel to Jackson about three times a year. Its always good to be welcomed here and taken care of the way we are. We are happy to see them and they us. Special thanks to Jeronte in the grill/deli area for such a great job in handling the orders and customers. During our visit we came almost daily. He remembered our family of 7 and our special dietary needs.

Luv me some Whole Foods. Great wild-caught seafood collection. Superior poultry- even duck fat. Grass fed, organic beef. Really good lunch and breakfast buffet. Great craft beer selection. First rate coffee selection also
