Can only arrive 2.5 hours before appointment. 20 minutes at the gate.
No bathrooms or no overnight parking, but they offer places to park, including every major truckstop in the area.
The parking lot road is very tight when going around the curbs, the scale, and the fencing.

My appointment was for 2330, I arrived at 2030. Go to the office next to door 49, Gave me a door, and my paperwork, don’t break the seal, back into the door, unhook from trailer and bobtail out the of the place. They will call you when they are done unloading you.
No overnight parking or a place to park.
Across the street at a different facility is where you can park and even overnight park.
Took them three hours later to call me back to let me know to come pick up my trailer.
The place is a bit confusing when going through the place, especially when it’s just a big circle layout of the place.

Negative stars! 10 hrs to get loaded!!! You have to drop your trailer and bobtail to the nearest truck stop and wait for them to call you. But 10+ hrs to get loaded is too long. Avoid coming here if possible. Waste of time. Not worth it! This place is so unorganized.

Appointment was 3:30pm, arrive 1:50pm. Security check in was 20min, didn't get paperwork until till 6:12pm. You have to drop trailer and bobtail to the nearest truckstop and wait....

It was my first time here to pick up a load.
The guard was very kind and helpful. Easy backing into a door.
Quick unhook and the guard gave me 3 options as to where to go while waiting for a call when my trailer was ready.
Got the call, got the trailer and paperwork within minutes.
I am suprised to read some of the negative comments. It was a positive experience for me.

Nice facility and seems very well ran. Id for sure deliver here regularly! Very nice people I dealt with too. Plenty parking for over night or break too!

Direction! I 35 exit 207 turn north side of Gardner rd. Head all the way north and turn left to the w main st. ( us 56 ) , then another left to Waverley rd. and right to w 181 st. If you're dropping they won't let you do it 12 hrs earlier your apmt. time. They let you park on 181 st. But its noisy because of train passes every few minutes...

I checked in at 7:45 and they literally took 6 hours when they let me go at 2:00pm I would never go to this noobs the only good is that the check in person was very nice

Sweet I got here at my end of shift used my PC time to the grocery store and stuff the load was done a hour before my appointment time. To get there you want to take the homestead place exit then R 191st L Wagner street follow the road around if you are picking up. then you don’t have to go through town and avoid the no truck signs everybody loves the convince of the trucks but hate it when a truck gets in the way. To drop off the trailer follow to the road to the very end. Be careful driving around here.
It work out pretty good for me.
