Overall I would rate this footlocker job 1 star and the reason is because working in footlocker wasn’t the best experience I had working there. The people there are not organized, fired you for no reason, messed up production and PTO hours. The supervisors there doesn’t know how to do their jobs correctly as well as the HR there. So many complaints by so many other people. Many people are quitting the job because of how messed up the Company is. Not worth applying there. To much dramas. Supervisors and HR does not do anything. No one in there is not helpful at all and they don’t even care about you. Super bad there. Bad experience to work there Supervisors will always be on you’re back to get you fired. And always favoritism. Supervisor Is lying about our production and PTO. This job really needs help. This supervisor is not even my supervisor he let me go when he’s not even my supervisor he’s a liar don’t trust him. My supervisor at my own time should be the to let me go not this other supervisor. Just because the second supervisor is part of our department doesn’t make him my supervisor. This Job really needs a lot of help and this job needs a lot of changes around there. They all talk about footlocker family when it’s not even family people in there including supervisors and HR are rude does not respect one another and the Job there is so unfair. The supervisor that let me go told me to come back in 3 months when it was supposed to be in 6 months he lied to me about everything.

It's a ok place to work. The part time people don't get holiday pay or paid time off time. They get volunteer time off but for some you have to wait 3 months before you can request a day off.

Easy drop and hook. Loaded trailer was in wrong spot, but found it and got out easily enough.

I was sent the wrong sneakers and wrong size as well as my invoice does not match original invoice.. I emailed corporate since no customer service number will take calls.. I will never purchase another product from footlocker and associated vendors.. o paid Express shipping and now they want to charge for returning the product from monies already paid for the sneakers..

I have had nothing but problems with an order of 2 pairs on shoes. It has been over a month. They charged my card for both pairs of shoes which I have not recieved. $200.00. I have sent many emails with no response. Calls are unaanswewered. I thought Foot locker was better than tthat.

I recieved the shoes. They were not in new condition they were dirty on the bottom with lint inside of the shoes... The box was crushed and so was the shoe box. The fila logo is rubbed off ( see photos) The laces were undone and it looked like the store or employees didn't care to even look at the shoes and the horrid presentation and conditions. Looks like someone tried them on and didn't care they looked worn. As a person who works in a shoe store I will not be ordering and will be leaving a review. I called customer service many times no one answers .
